Fast, friendly, helpful! Ramon was so helpful getting my order together which made pick up quick and easy. All the guys were nice and it was apparent, by their friendliness it is a good company to work for. Very well organized.

Excellent selection of plants at incredibly good prices. Looks like they have great hardscaping and other decorative items as well

Lurvey in Niles is an amazing place for anyone who loves plants, gardening, or landscaping. The selection is huge — from healthy flowers and shrubs to decorative stones and garden supplies — everything is top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you find exactly what you need or offer great advice. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, making every visit a pleasure. It’s my go-to spot for anything garden-related. Highly recommend!

In August 2024, I purchased 44 arborvitaes (4–5 ft and 5–6 ft tall) from Lurvey Landscape Supply, spending over $4,000. I was assured at the time that the trees came with a one-year free replacement guarantee, which was a major factor in my decision to buy from Lurvey.
By April 2025, five arborvitaes had died. When I contacted Lurvey, I was informed that because I had planted them myself, only a 50% discount would apply—something never disclosed at the time of purchase. I spoke with the manager, Michelle, who stated this had “always been the policy” and declined to fully honor the original promise. She ultimately offered a 25% refund as a courtesy.
While I appreciate the partial refund, the lack of transparency and unwillingness to stand by their word is disappointing. -
The parking situation is quite unfortunate. Very small parking lot, very crowded and zero spots available. I circled around but it’s very hard to navigate because multiple cars just park to the side waiting for spots to open. Never got the chance to go in.. now I’ll go elsewhere.
