Fantastic service! This is the third job we’ve had done with the company and the guys have been very professional and informative about the process. All three jobs (1 toilet repair,1 toilet replacement and a sprinkler line repair) were done with attention to details and in a timely fashion. They will be our go to moving forward. Restore Plumbing and Drain exceeded our expectations—and that’s saying a lot after a rocky start. What could have ended in frustration was completely turned around by the integrity and commitment of the company’s owner, Tom.

After experiencing some issues with our sump pump and a repeat basement flood, we were understandably stressed and uncertain about next steps. Tom personally stepped in. He listened carefully to our concerns, performed a comprehensive inspection himself, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His approach was thoughtful, transparent, and solution-focused. He didn’t just “patch things up”—he genuinely wanted to make it right, and he did.

The pipe cleaning crew he sent was excellent—respectful, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. They worked carefully and communicated well throughout the process.

We appreciated the accountability, the clear communication, and the effort to make things right. Tom’s leadership sets a strong example, and that standard is reflected in the team’s work. We left the experience feeling confident in the repairs and more at ease knowing the company stands behind its service.

We highly recommend Restore Plumbing and Drain! We had a drain backup into our home on a Sunday in March. Restore was recommended to us and we were so glad we called them! They arrived quickly after calling and troubleshooted the problem.

We worked with Matt who was always very courteous, great with communication and empathetic to our situation. Matt was able to clear the backup and we were able to start using our toilets, sinks and showers again. We decided to put in a modified overhead sewer after the backup. Matt came out to do the estimate. He took his time and helped us through out the decision making process. Matt did a great job with the installation as did those who assisted him. He always cleaned up as he went and he would walk us through what he had done each day, explaining next steps and giving us the opportunity to ask questions.

We had Johnnie out for a separate incident and he was also great! He was empathetic and worked tirelessly to get our problem resolved.

Grace was also wonderful. She was always willing to help us with scheduling, invoices, and estimates.

If you are in need of a plumber, we would absolutely recommend Restore Plumbing and Drain. They are great to work with and their work speaks for itself! We are relieved to have found a trustworthy, reliable, plumbing company and we never hesitate to call them if we need something.

Greg was prompt, understanding, and able to quickly assess what the issue was. Our home is on the old side at 110 years and Hreg was able to identify how the plumbing would be different compared to other homes. He fixed the initial issue and was able to point out where our next issue would come from. He made sure to clean up everything and was conscientious of the house and our things.

If you want an honest great plumbing company you need to call Restore Plumbing and Drain. David just left my home and repaired a water leak that was incorrectly done by another company. Dave was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and recommended another company to install new tiles and drywall. The price for all the work was amazing. So very low for plumbers. I highly recommend Restore for ALL you plumbing needs.

A phenomenal experience from start to finish. Customer service team was friendly and made us feel like a priority when we experienced a leaking pipe in our walls. Gregory came out for our estimate and was very clear and honest about their repair process and associated cost. John came over the next morning to complete the repair and had it done in no time; he ensured the job was minimally invasive to the walls — helping us save some money. My family was very appreciative of the whole team at Restore and will definitely reach to call them first if another plumbing issue comes up.

I have an old house that has had more than its fair share of plumbing issues over the years and have used more than one service. Restore was prompt, fair and didn’t play games. They told me the issue and gave me several options to correct it and allowed me to make the decision on how to proceed.

Restore has come out several times over the past two years to help us with issues ranging from garbage disposal repairs to faucet leaks and new pipe replacements. Their customer service is always excellent.
