I spoke with Eliezer about issues that I was having with my hot tub. He took time out of his day to evaluate the issue and recognize the problem. He was spot on with his assessment and took the initiative to solve the problem. He went above and beyond the call of duty and completely restored the issue. Am so thankful!

I called him on a Monday morning and my electrical problem was fixed before the end of the day. The electrician was very polite, professional, competent, and their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend him unconditionally.

After using several over the years we found absolutely the best electrician at Elements Electric Services. They are fast, communicative and professional. He can solve the most complex electrical problems. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Josh and only wish I knew him earlier before renovating my bathroom. He did installation of a ceiling fan in my son's room, add a separate switch to the laundry room, and the installation of a kitchen chimney style fan. He did all the work without damaging any of the ceiling or walls. All the other electricians I had contacted said they had to open up the walls to do this work. Very professional and skilled. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The service I received was very satisfactory. I called on Sunday got a service on Monday, they were on time and able to accommodate my needs.After inspecting the issue,they replaced the fuse/ socket and our power was back.Both Bob and Josh were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elements Electric Services to anyone needing electrical work.

Josh came over to my parents house to help us figure out what was wrong with the lights.While checking everything out he discovered that we had a dangerous issue that could cause the house to catch fire. City Utilities came over and unplugged us to keep that from happening.He was very professional, polite,and up most respectable to my parents.The house is now rewired and we have new smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Everything is running perfectly and it was very clean when he left. I will definitely be using them again and definitely recommend Josh and Elements Electric Services company to anyone.

From the time I called in to Elements Electric Services yesterday and spoke to Dave (I believe) to set up an appointment I knew I called the right place! The customer service and attention to detail was second to none! Then I had the pleasure to work with Gene as the Electrician that came out and did the job for us and he showed the same level of Professionalism and customer service as everyone else. I am happy to have found Elements Electric Services - they will be my number one call for electrical services in the Chicagoland area from here on out! Thanks!!

They subcontracted and the electrician that showed up did half the work, requested payment and never finished.

THIS IS A SCAM!! YOU CALL AND END UP WITH A COMPANY CALLED PREMUIM HOME SERVICES AND THEY HAVE YOU PAY $149 UP FRONT AND NEVER SERVICE YOU. WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY THE TECH IS ON HIS WAY . CHECK BETTER BUSINESS THEY HAVE (^ COMPLAINTS TO DATE.
