Awesome job on our backyard patio and walkway. Trustworthy and hardworking company that I’d recommend.

We used them for the first time to take care of the condo building grounds and they did a fantastic job. 👏

They Installed a patio in my backyard. One day, did a beautiful job. No nonsense, fantastic service. I use them as my lawn service too, also hands down the best around.

I’ve been searching for a landscaper for 4 years since I moved to Elmhurst and I finally found one who I can actually get a hold of and shows up when they say they will. They also do great work at a reasonable price. Could not recommend them more. Night and day from the other 5-6 companies I’ve tried over the last few years.

I hired this company to cut my lawn for 3 weeks while I was out of the country. I specifically asked them not to cut the grass too short because of the expected weather over that time. The results were pretty terrible.

    1. They cut 3 inches off the lawn every time even if it had barely grown the week before. As a result they basically cut it down to dirt.

    2. One of the times they started cutting in the middle of a rainstorm pulling out good grass since it was soaking wet

    3. They came back and kept cutting even when I had asked them to stop at a specific date (did not charge me for it).

    4. They ripped out my sprinklers I had in the ground on a timer while I was away which basically means nothing got watered and I wasted water through the entire time.

When I complained about the quality of the work all I was told by the owner was that it's not his fault because "he's not out with the guys". Apparently the owner takes no responsibility for the work done by the staff. I was also told they just cut 3 inches on a weekly schedule no matter what. If I wanted someone that puts no thought in the work than I would have just hired a high school kid in the neighborhood. Seems like they just want their weekly payments and could care less about everything else. I would not ever go back to these guys.

Hired this company for a project to fix our front steps because at the time they were doing our lawn services. It took the owner months to come out and give us a quote and another few months for the workers to come for the project which took a day. It was fine for me to patient because at the time they showed up every week and were reliable with our lawn maintenance. I wanted to give them the business. When he came out to give the quote he kept emphasizing how busy he was because it was one of his childrens weddings that weekend. He quoted me $800-$1000 for this project and said he’d send me a contract but he was so busy because of this wedding this weekend he didn’t know when he’d get to it. Trying to be an understanding human I said no issue thinking he’d operate in good faith (learned my lesson here - ALWAYS get it in writing). Once the bill finally came it was $1000 more than he quoted us. My husband called him to discuss this and essentially he told my husband that I was lying. After this terrible experience we paid him in full for this project and went our separate ways. Not 6 months later the bricks are ALREADY coming up on my front steps. I have a one year old and another on the way, so these are a big hazard for our family. When my husband texted the owner about the bricks coming loose, he sent us a photo of glue and told us to fix it ourselves. When my husband asked him to come out and have someone professional fix it, the owners said and I quote: “There is no "professional" expertise to it. When moisture gets in between the blocks and freezes, the water expands and pops the bricks loose. It's going to continue to happen from time to time.“ This is after we paid this guy $1000 more than he quoted us and after telling us this was a “sure permanent fix”. Anyway, I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews or having these kind of experiences with people, but I did feel it was necessary to share this experience with others. I’m a busy young mom and when finding businesses to hire for home maintenance you need to find ones you can trust. I want to make sure other families out there know how this company operates. If you can look elsewhere, you should.
