Love these guys!!!

Got me in at the last minute and were in and out of my house in less than half an hour.

They have not finish. But there sincerely on this matter is important to me.

They always take care of any issue I may have. Always on time and very easy to communicate with.

They were very good except messy. It was from doing there job and the sewers They worked very hard. Thanks 👍🙏

The owner came and was very knowledgeable told me what I needed to do. I was referred to them by a good friend, I will be referring them also.

8/2/23 Mike installed a faucet and water line for us. We were expecting services to take about 2 hours. Was actually 45 minutes!

Have used their services many times and would never go anywhere else. Rob and Phil are amazing! Their prices are fair and they really know their stuff and you can tell they actually care about their customers.

We've used them twice, and both times they were open and honest, did great work, and also didn't mind teaching me how things work and how to prevent future mishaps. They have some l affordable prices imo and don't do any work without telling you everything up front.

I was impressed with Chris's quick response to scheduling Greg to repair our sink drain issue.

I’ve contracted this plumber twice, excellent service. They explain thoroughly what our options are, give several selections with the costs for each, and then we decide what solution to choose. Then the job is done above expectation. I highly recommend this business.

Called on an issue- they came out right away. Nick could not have been nicer and was an absolute straight shooter. Answered every question I had very clearly. Could have run up a bill on me, but didn’t- that was greatly appreciated. Problem solved at a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend.

Sometimes life gives you lemons and sometimes it gives you a leaky sump pump on a rainy weekend. After calling R&R - Phil was at the house within the hour. To make things difficult I live in CA and the house is in IL. That was not a problem for these guys. Communication was so clear and transparent it was a NO brainier. They explained the problem, and laid out several solutions and advised on the best route. No matter what the problem is, or where I am in the world I can always count on Ray and his team. Thanks AGAIN for saving the day!
