Royal American HVAC is an outstanding company and only choice for our commercial HVAC needs. Its taken decades to find the right professionals in the Chicagoland area with the knowledge to design and PROPERLY install our commercial boilers to an radiant heating system. The 24 hour emergency service is integral for servicing our apartments. Honest, courteous and professional are attributes that most companies lack these days, we are truley thankful to have Royal American on our side.

Jim did a great job. He also was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure he covered his boots and wore a mask at all times. I also appreciated being put on a waitlist and getting the earlier appointment when one opened up. Thanks for the great service.

I have been working with this business for 5 years now and everytime they have been clear in their communications, not pushy, explaining what's needed, and always professional. Each service person has been top notch and I'd welcome them back into my home. You get personal attention and feel like they care. They know their products well too and are not afraid to look into any questions you have.

My ac unit went out on the hottest dat of the year. I contacted Royal American and they sent Jason out immediately! Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He got us up and running in no time. I will definitely use This company again.

Marcos did an amazing job, ensuring that our system was prepped and ready for the next season. We didn't realize the humidifier needed some TLC. He gave some advice on how to operate that unit more efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING ROYAL HVAC!

I’ve used Royal American for over ten years and have been pleased with their promptness and when our furnace stopped working they came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in the middle of winter. Also used them to move vents when we moved into a “new” house that we opened up the floor plan and Royal American made it work. Great guys. I trust them enough to only use them!
