Air conditioning quit cooling and he answered on the first ring. He was very professional handled the job as it needed done. He was there within 30 minutes of our call. A+++++

My central air unit went out and as soon as I called, Josh came right out and fixed it for me no problem. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely call Ambient again in the future!

Josh came on a Sunday after church when our ac went out and did an excellent job of repairing it!!! I would recommend Josh, he did an excellent job!! He even repaired it during the rain!!

Prompt and professional. I tend to equate HVAC work with dental extractions - necessary but painful. Despite my expectations, this process was actually enjoyable as Josh took the time to explain all of the steps needed to install my new unit and then he performed the installation in a timely manner. Would recommend his services to anyone.

I called ambient air and Josh answered the phone. He said he be able to get to it that morning, but was not sure when. He said he let me know ASAP! He did with a text of his GPS ARRIVAL TIME! And he was not lying. He was prompt and had the problem fixed in no time with AFFORDABLE RATES! Josh saved the day and my money in literally no time! Thanks Josh and Ambient air

Excellent business to deal with. I told Josh my mother needed air conditioning before it got too warm due to her medical condition.He responded as soon as possible,fixed the problem,and it works great! Had a problem with our heating system on a Saturday. After 2 unsuccessful attempts at contacting referenced H/A people I checked ratings and gave Ambient a shot.

Josh answered the phone and told me he was on a job but would call back in 10-15 minutes when he could get to his truck to take down my info. He called back 10 minutes later and got my info.

Told me he would get to it that day but wasn't sure what time it would be. That he would call me later when he did know and let me know when he would come. About an hour or so later Josh called to inform me that he was on the way and would be at our hourse in 15 minutes or so.

He showed up right on time and fixed the problem in ~35 minutes.

Very nice guy with ~20 years of experience and a man of his word. His rates were very reasonable especially as it was a Saturday and time and a half which he informed me upfront about.

If we have any more problems with heating or air Josh will be the person I call.

We could not be happier with Josh's work! He was able to identify what was wrong with our AC and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing, super professional, and did an outstanding job! If you need someone to work on your HVAC system, call Ambient immediately! We just became long term customers and will definitely call again when we need something! Thank you again Josh!!!

Josh was great. He is very respectful, he came by in the same day and when are gas furnace broke and was able to fix it the next day after ordering a new part for my furnace.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was very reasonable, and he went above and beyond our expectations. He also kept in great communication with us throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
