Highly recommend Lustra Cleaning Services! The ladies are always on time and do a thorough job, especially if you ask them to clean anything specific they will gladly do it. Kim is very responsive and easy to get a hold of which makes it super convenient. The text reminders are great as well!

It was a relief for us to find this business when we did - moving across the country over the busy holidays, and needing help fast for a move in clean. The team did an exceptional job, and we are so thankful for their hard work. They truly had such great attention to detail. I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Lustra Cleaning Services. I received a text reminder, prompt responses to questions, and I really like that it was encouraged for me to walk through the house before the cleaner left. These are all things I haven’t experienced in the past with services, and it is a nice touch. My house is clean to my liking and I am ready to book their services again!

I am very pleased with Lustra! I didn't have time to call, so I completed the template online and they contacted me very quickly. The communication was very professional as well as the scheduling. Rebecca showed up to my house on time and got everything sparkling and shiny! She finished in the amount of time that was given to me and did a fabulous job.

Shawnee was so respectful of our house and belongings, great communication and transparency.

Amazing experience with Lustra! They were prompt with getting back to me, answered all of my questions, and worked efficiently. Places like the bathroom, behind the oven, and fridge were spotless. I would 100% recommend them for a moving in deep clean!

Lustra Cleaning Services is amazing! I had a last minute deep clean that I wanted to have done before my mom returned to her house after being hospitalized. They responded to my request immediately and they were so flexible in the scheduling despite it being very last minute. The quality of their service was equally outstanding. They cleaned her place from top to bottom and I knew she was coming home to an environment that was clean and sanitary. Thank you Lustra for giving me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about!

Anastasia did a wonderful job! My team is getting ready to list a property and she got all the nooks and crannies other cleaners miss. Also, we needed someone in a hurry and they were able to send someone out in under 48 hours...with the Super Bowl and everything! Will be using their services again and asking for Anastasia. Cleaning is fantastic. Freda and Anastasia were so sweet and friendly and they really listened to what I asked for and went above and beyond during my deep clean. The house is amazing and the master bathroom is transformed (don’t make the same mistake I did - NEVER put dark slate tile in a bathroom!) I am sitting here just marveling at my shining wood floors! Can’t wait to have you out regularly!

We were able to obtain deep cleaning services with only a few days notice. It consisted of a less than desirable move out tenant with pets. Lustra Cleaning Services did a great job!😊

I found my new cleaning company! Very pleased with the results! Dee was my cleaner and she made sure she left my bathrooms spotless! The owner of the company was pleasant to work with and communicated well. Lustra makes sure to leave their clients happy by doing a walk through at the end. I could not appreciate this more because I’ve had various cleaning companies in the past and none did this. I look forward to having Lustra over again!
