Woke up to furnace not working. Sent a text around 6AM and Zark answered within 5 minutes. Zach was at my house 30 minutes later. Furnace back up and running in 10 min.
They are honest and do not upsell you on items or services you don’t need.
That’s Zark for ya.

Very impressed with Zark’s team that they sent out. Dan who was the lead installer took his time on installing the new furnace and A/C system and everything came out looking great and professional. Great experience. Highly recommend!

These people are great. Furnace wasn’t working the day after Christmas and the owner showed up 30 minutes later and fixed the furnace promptly. Couldn’t believe it right after a holiday.

I honestly cannot say enough about Zark. They were here ahead of time however they did wait until the appointment time to ring the doorbell which I extremely appreciate. They were shoe covers and placed drop cloths down from the front door down to my basement. Everything was extremely clean and organized and very professional. I had my entire air conditioner replaced through them and I could not be happier. I will definitely be using them in the future!

We are very grateful to Bill from Zark Heating and cooling today. Our upstairs air conditioner was not working and Bill worked very professionally and productively to get our 20 plus years unit working smoothly. The Zark technicians always do a great job and care four our heating and cooling needs. This is a great company.

I had the best experience with Zark! They were SUPER friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Their price was in line with my other quotes, not the most expensive and not the cheapest. They explained all of my options besides only buying all new units. They installed a new furnace and AC unit - finishing a little early. The blower was stuck on, and a technician returned later that day and fixed it!
