Amazing company, called a few times with updates on timing. Put a quote in front of me before they started anything. They did great work and did it fast and clean. Best plumber in Naperville

Christina was very pleasant on the phone. TJ the technician was very thoughtful and knowledgeable with good communication skills. the price was more than fair in today's world. i highly recommend Prestige for sure.

Great service from Tim and his son. They were on time and extremely pleasant to work with. The price was a little higher than we wanted but the quality of work was outstanding. We definitely got what we paid for!

I had a great experience, called at 10:30 PM with my problem and was told they would call first thing in the morning and put me on the board. They did, and kept in touch during the morning and called when representative was 30 minutes from the house Tim showed up and had the disposal reattached and running in a few minutes and the charge was most appropriate.

I called Prestiege at 8:00 AM Monday morning and told Tim I had a problem with my 12 year old water heater. By 10:30 AM, Tim was at my house, checked it out and determined it should be replaced. He had brought a new one with him, in case it was needed. By 11:30 AM, the old one was removed, new one installed and checked out, bled lines and left with the old one.

I feel it was a fair price, of less than $1,000.00.

I would recommend Prestiege to anyone, anytime.

The service technician was awesome ! He was completely knowledgeable and used the latest technologies for research and diagnostics. I was completely satisfied with the results. I will definitely be calling Prestige when the Fall furnace checkup comes around.

Tim and TJ were very professional and pleasant to work with. They came today to do a water heater safety check and flush. They also solved a problem that I didn't know how to fix. I would recommend them.

I apologize for the delay in writing this review. I have misplaced your service man, Brent's, card. When we had service for our sump pump I was out of town for a month. Brent, visited our home in Glendale Heights regarding our sump pump not working. Upon his inspection, my daughter was told that the sump pump was no longer under warranty and couldn't be repaired. He said it was only guaranteed to work for 3 years. My daughter called me and, needless to say, I was very upset. I would have never agreed on the installation of an inferior pump, lasting for such a short time. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security and my daughter is on disability. We could not afford the amount a new sump pump would cost. The ensuing conversation ended with Brent speaking to the owner of Prestige and a very generous offer for a replacement pump was accepted. Your service man, Brent, had previously installed a garbage disposal and his service was excellent then. This time I feel he went out of his way to appease and please us. He spent a lot of time interacting with my daughter with her relaying the conversation to me on the phone. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone inquiring about a plumbing issue. If Brent is what all of your technicians are trained to be, you do indeed deserve the business. Thank you!

We use Prestige for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs and most of our plumbing and HVAC equipment was purchased from and installed by Prestige. Today Prestige installed a new kitchen faucet and water supply line valves and checked on a couple of other things while they were here. Their service technicians are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and they know our equipment and needs quite well since we have been with them for a number of years now. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone in need of plumbing and HVAC service.

Tim and TJ did a great job installing our new furnace and AC. They both had extensive product knowledge, and they put my wife and I at ease throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim was great, told me exactly what needed to be done, gave me a fair price and did the job quick! I could not ask for anything better, This is the second time working with Prestige and while I am not looking forward to the next time I need their help, I know the service will be outstanding.

I called Prestige after an emergency plumbing issue and no water throughout the home , I called two plumbers from the hospital and Prestige came though .

I am so grateful for Prestige! I had the Fire Dept. at my home yesterday because my carbon monoxide detector went off last night. I needed a professional to address the situation this morning. Tim and TJ came right out and took care of the situation, offering helpful advice along the way. I can’t thank them enough for their knowledge and assistance, and I won’t hesritate to call them when I need their service again. They are courteous, professional, and thorough!

Tim did a great job replacing my water heater. Experienced, pleasant and neat. Took time to explain the issue and why it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.

We had a plugged drain in the kitchen and I called several other plumbers but no one could come until the next day. I called Prestige Plumbing and they came later in the afternoon. They worked quickly to resolve our problem AND gave me excellent advice on how to take care of all our drains to potentially prevent this from happening again. They were kind and informative. We had been experiencing compound heating problems in our home for the past month. We were quite concerned about our problem with the winter months quickly approaching.
