This is the first 5 star rating I've given after an initially poor service experience. We had a plumber come out to fix a non-urgent leak and I'll just leave it at, the service experience was not good. When the manager, Billy, got involved, there were no debates or haggling over how to make it right. Billy led into the conversation with the company commitment to high standards and he explained everything he was going to do to make things right. Jeff Theobald came out to the house shortly thereafter and he was excellent. He took the time to answer my questions (including several unrelated to the project), explained the approach he wanted to take, and even made a few improvements to the project that I felt were going above and beyond to leave us with a high quality outcome. It's so rare to find a company that stands behind their marketed values, and I will absolutely call Precision again in the future.

Deshon was great today, very professional and explained what was going on with my furnace. Glad someone was able to come out so quickly, no finishing in cold home!!

I called Precision Today for an emergency. Not only did I get someone to assess the issues within an hour, Phil the gentleman who came to assess the problems was a true professional and very knowledgeable in this field. I would highly recommend this outstanding company for its prompt attention and excellent customer service by Phil.

I called Precision and they sent a tech. (TJ) on a Saturday (the same day) for a leaky outdoor spigot. I'm greatful they came out right away because the freezing cold weather is coming soon and frozen pipes could have been a disaster. I had both outside spigots replaced (over 25 years old). TJ was very professional and knowledgeable. Because of this experience I will probably sign up for thier yearly plan/discounted contract for future services. I would give TJ 10 stars if I could.

Russell Raschk did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He explained my options, installed the heater in an efficient manner and reviewed with me what he did after the job was completed. A great technician !

Today Carlos and David came out to repair what was thought to repair a back up drain. After giving a detailed explanation of the problem and the cost they went on to repair the problem. I found both Carlos and David very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived at the set time and went right to work.

Dominick Morales from Precision Today Plumbing performed tankless water heater cleaning for me today. He appears to know his trade very well, offers good advice, and also knows how to solve unexpected problems when they arise. I highly recommend that company in general, and Dominic in particular.
Jeff Theobald helped next day to properly align O-ring for the condensate trap, which got misaligned for some reason, and was causing a minor leak. Their team is very responsive.

Mickey and Jonah did a great job! I have cast iron pipes and they needed to be replaced Jonah kept trying to get me a better and better price and Mickey was able to come out less than 48 hours later. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond what he had to fix to just make my pipes functional. Thank you to you both. My only “complaint” was that their original quote was a little ridiculous of about 7,000 for 20 feet of piping, the tech stated they were having some pricing issues on the website so just double check and question the quote before agreeing.

We hired Precision Today to do a full plumbing rough-in for our bathroom remodel. Russell and Justin were super helpful throughout the process, guiding us with recommendations and offering patience while we waffled through options. They were courteous, prompt, and flexible. Would hire them again!

Being new to Orland Park, I have had the opportunity to meet over 50 contractors for various jobs as my girlfriend and I update our house. Typically, if I need something I just google the job and hope I am calling the right service that will do a good job. I chose Precision Today because of their excellent reviews. Yesterday, I met Steve from Precision and had a huge list of electrical fixes for him. Now, I've been in customer service for 30+ years myself and I have to say it is rare to meet someone who is more dedicated to his work than Steve. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took his time explaining everything he was going to do with the fixes. He powered through the day and finally finished around 10 p.m. I was impressed! I have never met anyone who is willing to go the extra mile and do what he did in just one day! He also explained about how Precision has a Plan for $240 per year which is loaded with perks, plus 10% off repairs. I had so much done yesterday, the 10% payed for the membership.... Now I have access to plumbing, HVAC and electrical through Precision. If you read this review, I would highly recommend that you use this company. Thanks again to Steve for all the excellent help... I will definitely be calling for his expertise next year when we order a generator!

Brian was great. He quickly and clearly explained what he was going to do to solve my plumbing issue (needed an updated valve hookup from my water heater to whole house humidifier). I wish it was just a little cheaper, but he knocked it out quickly and the work seems solid.

Ari was great coming out today to check out the noise we’ve been hearing.
He explained everything he found to me and then again to my husband with the utmost patience. He laid everything out for us and gave us options to think about to fix our problem and preventative measures.

Carlos Lopez did a great job fixing the clog in my house's weird pipes. He was very professional, transparent, and did a great job with the work and explaining the what and why of what he was doing. I recommend both Carlos and Precision Today Plumbing.

Was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Brian Curnutte was on time and able to reassure me that our sump was operating and draining where it should be! We had a city sump inspection (required to sell the townhome) coming up and wanted to make sure all was in order. He also made a few suggestions for improvements to our system. So reassuring! Very professional. Will absolutely use precision and Brian again!

I had a great experience with precision, my furnace went out of the coldest day of the year and they were able to get to my house within a couple hours. Zach was great to work with, he clearly explained the issues and what they would need to do to fix it. Was able to have a new furnace installed same day which was quite a pleasant surprise.

My husband and I had a great experience dealing with the technicians Connor and David. They were helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We will highly recommend precision today to anyone who needs their many services that they provide!

Nice guy, extremely knowledgeable at his profession. Did the work reasonably fast. Cleaned up everything. Made a bad situation much better.

Our furnace went out on a sub zero day. The company sent a tech within a couple hours that day (Saturday). He was great. He walked us through all our options and even helped us reconfigure our furnace so that it was more safe. They were able to install the new furnace first thing Monday morning, and it is working great.

Marty was excellent! He explained his process and brought to my attention a few things that were helpful to me. Marty has a knowledge of experience.

I only wish scheduling my furnace was as easy. This was scheduled 2 weeks ago and was canceled the day before. Today I was scheduled in the morning and the technician arrived at 1pm while we waited all morning. I texted them and their AI robot said I was the first appt! Last June I had a problem with scheduling again. I feel like I am low priority to them as I am on a maintenance contract.

David Mink was a true professional in the assessment of our issue. Very cordial and outgoing. Really made us feel comfortable. He continued to answer everyone of our questions in depth and educated us on the products/services. I loved that he offered multiple options and never pushed up to choose one. If I ever have another issue I will be asking for David to come again. Thanks for everything sir and may you continue to thrive in your field. Money well spent!
