Patrick was thorough, knowledgeable and quickly fixed my problem. I would highly recommend him for any type of plumbing service. He was kind enough and check my moms sump pump as well!

Chris did a fantastic job rebuilding our toilets. They’ve never worked so well! We also used Lorenz to replace our water heater in 2019 and couldn’t be happier. Definitely our to go plumber.

Patrick was awesome! He quoted us on the spot really took his time looking at the project was about to get it done a week after doing the quote. He even went into the crawl space and didn't seem to have any issues with working with that. We even needed him for another last minute project and he was able to fit us in. I would recommend him to everyone. We will definately be using hom for any future projects of we need it.

Patrick and his team installed a new drain for a new toilet in our basement floor. They also replace a water supply valve, and reconfigured the drain for our kitchen sink.

Had a sump pump "situation", needed a plumber. Lorenz had recently sent out a postcard, and since they are local, I gave Patrick a call. He was able to arrange for same day service (on a Saturday), and was prompt, polite, reasonable... really, what more could one expect?

I had Patrick come out to install a new undermount sink, disposal, new valves, plumbing, and a water heater. Not only was the work affordable, but I couldn't believe how clean his work was. I mean , no mess. He was cutting, gluing, soldering and no mess. Not only that, he said on thing and stuck to his word. I will absolutely use him again. We were having issues with our kitchen sink backing up pretty bad. We decided to try some local companies. I talked to quite a few and Lorenz plumbing ended up being the most reasonable and honestly the most pleasant to talk to. Pat from Lorenz came by and was able diagnose the problem within 15min. I called on Monday afternoon and they were out within 48 hours. I was so impressed because all of the other companies I called were giving me times for next well due to the rain and flooding we had. Patrick understood my time constraint as was extremely accommodating. He was also very honest and helpful when assessing the situation. I will be using him from now on for all of my plumbing needs!

I hired this company for the plumbing during my whole home renovation, including a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel and hot water heater installation. Pricing was much better than bigger, well known companies. Lorenz plumbing was able to provide pricing right away. The city inspector approved the work on his first inspection. We had such a fabulous experience working with Lorenz Plumbing from the start. The company was quick to respond, sent detailed quotes ahead of time so we knew what to expect, arrived on time, was professional and covid-conscious, and they solved our problem! Additionally, I appreciated that Patrick took the time to explain everything to me. The team worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Came home on Saturday night to the unpleasant surprise of a leaking water heater. Called Lorenz Plumbing and got a text back from Patrick a few minutes later and then a call 10 mins after that :-) Patrick was able to come out first thing Sunday and replace the water heater and was super polite and efficient. I will be calling Lorenz for my future plumbing needs.

When I used the request a quote feature on Yelp for a tankless water heater, several plumbers responded immediately. Patrick was not only the lowest quote, but he was also the only plumber who flagged a possible issue with our gas meter. He is super responsive and we arranged everything by text. Two thumbs up!

We were very pleased with the work that was done by Patrick. There were several difficulty related challenges that he easily overcame regarding the plumbing work. His prices were quite fair and the work performed was excellent. In fact, I have already set up another plumbing job (replace sump) and looking forward to using Lorenz Plumbing.

Patrick was fantastic. He arrived 15 minutes early to get setup. He knew exactly what he was doing, finished the job quickly (replaced water valve), and he charged us less than he originally quoted. And he is very clean, wiped down everything with Lysol when he was done. Couldn’t recommend him more.
