Had a really great experience with Joey G, Chris L, and Nick B. Nice, professional, timely, explained everything very clearly. They replaced my water heater and the old one was installed in an odd way in a dumb location. They dealt with that and installed the new one in a much better spot. Would recommend.

I received great service for our lone toilet, from Goode Plumbing, as supplied by Nick Beall. He was calm, respectful, kind & knowledgeable in layman (”senior”) terms. He explained what & how things would happen, getting the toilet working in a quick 20 minutes. We even shared a few laughs. It took awhile to reach a human sadly, but felt great once Nick got the call. Thank you!

I called Goode Plumbing about a leaking toilet and sink, and Ashton Harmann came out for the job on the same day. He was personable, efficient, and skilled. He diagnosed the issue quickly, wrote up and explained the estimate thoroughly, and fixed it on the spot with parts he already had on his truck. Ashton is my new go-to plumber when we have issues around the house! Thank you!

Started with Abby on the call, very informative, and sympathetic. The techs Jose and Javier showed up and were very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and left me back up and running in no time. They had all the equipment needed to complete the job, and walked me thru all the components of my new water tankless heater. For it being my first experience with Goode, they did my disappointment.

Goode came to do a routine check to make sure tree roots aren’t blocking our pipes leading to the sewer. As usual, Goode has taken good care of us. Jon has come to help us out on more than one occasion and he always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. We’ve used Goode multiple times since becoming homeowners and feel confident that we’re getting the best service out there! We will continue to call them to address all of our plumbing concerns in the future!

Goode Plumbing was able to accommodate an emergency call, diagnose the issue, and then follow up promptly to fix my dropped sink and replace my disposal. Ashton and Jose were on time, very professional, and kept the area tidy while they were working. Their workmanship was excellent and they explained everything to they did. I will continue to use Goode Plumbing as I have in the past.

Have a great experience with Goode Plumbing. We had an issue with our ejector pump that they had installed A little over a year ago. It was replaced, the entire area cleaned up, and all done with a smile within five hours of my phone call. Basi has done a couple other projects at my house and he is great. As all Of their team, he was conscientious and very pleasant.

Its so hard to find good quality help these days. Jon is excellent. He's very knowledgeable and from what I can sense he's honest. I loved how he took time to explain to me my issues and he showed me as well. He came here to give an estimate and ended up scheduling some guys to come and fix the immediate problem same day. He kept his word!!!!!! To top it all off he came back later while the others (Franscio- he was equally as great along with the other gentleman) were working to ensure I was being taken care of and help with the work. He loves what he does and he actually cares about the customer. I appreciate these men so much.

John was an extremely knowledgeable and polite plumber. He did a full inspection of the house and correctly diagnosed the problems and gave a variety of solutions that would never have even entered my mind. He (as well as his associates, Michael and Chris, who did an emergency stop at my house the night before) was kind and professional and understanding. I highly recommend John and Goode Plumbing.

Lowden was fantastic this morning. Identified the problem immediately, talked about our options, and made the repair promptly. He was courteous with me and my daughter, and didn’t leave any mess behind. Will definitely request Lowden for any future plumbing needs for our building and will refer him to any neighbors that have issues.

Brian flushed my tankless hot water heater and I was very pleased. He reviewed my heater’s instructions even though he probably didn’t have to. He was very professional and I was confident throughout the process that he was an expert. While the flushing was happening, he inspected all of my plumbing and gave me valuable tips and information. After the flush, he checked everything and cleaned up, although there was very little mess. I recommend him highly.

Frank came after hours to help with a leaky gas valve. He was able to assess our gas leak and come up with a solution quickly. He did great work, let me know exactly what he did, and assured me there would be no leaks going forward because of the preventative measures he used. I can't recommend Frank enough for his friendly and efficient work. Will definitely be using him (and Goode Plumbing) again if we ever need service again

I’ve been using Goode Plumbing for years. I always seem to learn something new. I use them for regular routine maintenance items but they sure came in handy today for an emergency visit. We had a leak coming from an upstairs shower through our first floor ceiling. Jacob came out, quickly found the issue with a shower wand and a crack in our tile. He got a new part and fixed the issue. We do need to re-tile a bit but we can manage that part. I’m super pleased with the quick service.

Jon H, was very informative. He was honest about next steps with helping with our water leak. He wasn’t pushy and we will use them again!

Job details = 10k sq ft Commercial property with a 7k ft subfloor, 2 commercial sump pumps failing, water backing up into pipes, temporary fix while sizing permanent fix with their manufacturer reps.

After a bit of a hiccup with emergency scheduling and the automated system for dispatch, the actual people behind Goode plumbing have been nothing short of phenomenal to work with. Good onsite presence, efficient and knowledgeable, and aren’t afraid to “talk shop” for someone who’s overly communicative and wants to know what’s actually going on. I don’t always write reviews, so hopefully this helps someone in Chicago who’s trying to find someone who’s planning on doing if right, even if it takes an extra day or two.

Anthony and Caleb replaced the toilet and faucets in my bathroom. They also did an excellent job repairing my tub drain that was improperly repaired previously. Both were skillful polite and tidy. Will definitely use Goode again!

Fransisco was my first contact and a lasting impression with Goode. He was amazing at directing me in where I needed to go for further work within my laundry room. Joey was my second contact, with his educated and very informative delivery we were able to correctly choose the most effective water heater for our needs. He was thorough and appreciated with paperwork and payment methods. Anthony and team worked efficiently with installation of a tankless water heater. The service was diligently executed and very appreciated! If any additional need for Goode is required, I will not hesitate to call!

I've used Goode Plumbing a couple of times now and they are awesome! Used them for hydrojetting my water line at a reasonable price and quick turnaround. I've also had them out to help me out with a water pressure issue and gas line recommendation and Joey was great at answering an questions that I had and recommendations. I have a few more things I want to update on my home so when I'm ready, Goode Plumbing is who I'll be calling!

Nick Beall and his colleagues did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. Quick and efficient, and left no mess wherever in the wake despite the muddy weather outside. From the time we scheduled, inspected and installed, less than 48 hours. Truly appreciate it!

Our second experience with Goode was outstanding. Chris K. came to investigate our basement half bath where we had some water under the wood floor, identified the source, and gave us straightforward advice on what would be needed to resolve the issue.

Nick Beall was great! I was so happy to be able to get a last minute appointment. When Nick (and Nick) showed up, they assessed the situation quickly and got to work. They were able to fix our burst pipes and got the water turned back on in no time. They also left the space clean behind them. I'm so grateful I have Goode Plumbing to call on - especially in an emergency.
