This is my first experience of working with this company.

He arrived promptly. He listened to what my concerns were about the furnace. He found the issue that the blower motor was stuck. He got it running again and so far it's been working well.

×××note*** Mike came out for an estimate a new furnace and ac. He explained two different systems. I even had a soft credit ran to see how I wanted to finance and got 18 months zero finance. Helps you de identify on money down and what to finance. Win win.

I needed to schedule a last minute job covering a few issues for family member selling their home. Calling & getting an appointment was very straightforward & transparent on everything. As the home seller is a Veteran, the discount offered by Summers was also greatly appreciated. We had the pleasure of working with Brendan. He was prompt, friendly, and totally knowledgeable of the service needed. He definitely eased what could have been an incredibly stressful situation. The work was done quickly, yet the quality is obvious. We do plan to take advantage of other services offered by Summers in the near future! I would recommend this company.

Brenden was very professional and informative. His knowledge of plumbing related topics was very good and he was able to communicate it very well. He was personable and very informative, providing an in-depth understanding of the available options for the service I was requesting to be performed making it easy to understand, making my decision on what to do and which way to proceed much easier.

Chris did a great job of servicing my furnace and whole house humidifier. He arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend him as a technician.

Amazing company with amazing people! I Would highly recommend Summers! I Had both my air and furnace replaced, and feel they had fair pricing. They are quick, efficient, friendly and did not leave a mess. Special shout out to Cesar for taking time to answer all my questions with patience and humor!

Felipe was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about his job. Would definitely recommend Summers for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Our furnace went out and the part couldn’t be replaced till Monday. They brought us space heaters while we had to wait and were super quick to replace the part. Thanks Felipe and Summers! Chris was polite, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also went out of his way to make sure we weren’t sweltering and drove an hour away from his house to come help us. He didn’t leave our house until 8:00 PM. I’d absolutely recommend Summers for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs. When our AC stopped working right before a heat wave Chris rose to the occasion with a smile on his face even after hours. Thank you Chris and the whole Summers team. Bravo. Job well done!

Cesar was quick and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly.

OOPS. I deleted my 1st review from 07/15 for my new AC installation accidentally. Both men were very nice & did an Awesome Job. I would definitely hire Summers again. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors that need work done.

I recently bought my duplex. I had water backing up in my water softener because it was not in use. Brenden was very thorough and knowledgeable! He explained everything to me. He drained it and explained the reverse something or other had to be turned on to keep water from filling in there. He tested my water to see if I need to use the water softener. I'm right on the border. While he was here, he looked at my water heater to find out how old & told me it was a good brand and the life expectancy along with a quote for when I need to replace it. It's 7 years old now. Also, he looked at my sump pump and explained it has a backup. All and All he and the other employee with him were Excellent! I couldn't have asked for any better!! I signed up for the monthly maintenance program, which I highly recommend to anyone who hires Summers PHC.

Fast, efficient, and budget friendly. We count on this team for heating, cooling, and plumbing. They’ve always responded quickly and at all hours. I don’t know what magic tricks they have to find parts but they’ve never let us down with our old house and it’s many surprises. Today, Carlos brought our 6 yr old A/C back to life and the house is cooling down so quickly! Thank you 🙏

Our AC unit stopped working during a 95+ degree heatwave and Summers took great care of us. They sent someone out right away and got everything fixed same day. The tech was knowledgable, efficient, and the service was great. The pricing also felt fair and affordable, even with "after hours" and "overtime" pricing due to someone having to come out on a Sunday. We had a really great experience and the pricing was far better for more service than our last experience with a different company. So glad we chose Summers this time!

Gavin did an exceptionally professional job. From calling to confirm his arrival time to examining our plumbing and making no pressure recommendations he explained our situation clearly and completely. He was a pleasure to work with.

Brenden and the other plumber came out, got straight to business and fixed the issue with our bathtub drain. The job was not easy because of the positioning of the tub as well as the previous drain type/material.

The tub was thoroughly tested, and after some adjustments due to a small leak, everything turned out great. The team cleaned up and made sure everything was left the way it was found.

The quote was competitive, and the monthly program provides nice benefits such as a discounts on repairs, which helped lower the price of the job.

Summers exceeded my expectation from beginning to end, and we are looking forward to being a part of the family for future preventive maintenance and repairs.

Brenden Flinn and the crew were awesome! Getting your sewer line replaced is not an experience you want to experience, but they worked their butts off replacing ours. Friendly, funny, informative and prepared. They made an unpleasant situation much better and quickly considering our ground, hard packed red clay. Could not have asked for any better. THANK YOU!

Great experience with Brendan, and his apprentice. Came out late night on a Saturday and fixed the issues I was having no problem. Got here fast, didnt rush the work needed, and overall just skilled pros who explained everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything very well and offered many helpful suggestions as to how to proceed with some of the issues. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating, plumbing, or air conditioning services.

Gavin of Summers did his usual awesome job. Replaced the anode rode in my water heater, and checked everything out afterwards. Anode rod was deteriorating and causing a smell in our hot water - the bad rod is pictured. And Gavin addressed a few other minor issues while he was here. Thanks Gavin!

From the first first up to today Cole and Brandon were the best. We were called to say they were in route and once these guys came it was nonstop working until the new tankless water heater was installed. Great work and awesome clean up afterwards. Ain't she a beauty 😍
