I've been offering Recallchek as part of my inspection sevices for years, and its a great service and a very simple way to protect clients during thier home purchase. Many of the people of that hire me are active duty military and to have an extra layer of protection bring them and their families peace of mind that if if their is a problem with with an appliance, that someone will contact them and help them get it fixed or replaced.

Love this service! Crown Home Inspections uses it on all of our inspections. We use it to find safety issues with appliances that would otherwise go undetected. We’ve actually had multiple clients that were buying homes with unsafe furnaces. The report came back saying that the homeowner should “stop using the furnace immediately and contact the manufacturer for a free repair.” In the dead of winter in Kansas City, who wouldn’t want to know about that before moving their family into their new home? This service is very easy to use.

Called the company to get support for my claim, took me 2 days to get through. First day they have a system that says to call back because the wait is too long on the phone - they never called back. Second day, called waited for an hour to get through. Person on the phone said "There was nothing we can do", I asked for clarification and she just hung up. What's wrong with this company?
