We are super satisfied with Cole. Very polite, honest and professional. Happy to have him repairing our AC needs. We will use Journey again for any future needs. He loved our dogs as well. 👍👍

Cole is very knowledgeable, honest and patient in answering all our questions. He is very thorough in cleaning and making our system runs smoothly. He has his Masters so he knows what he is doing and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Cole had helped with another project and offered several options. We decided to go with steam which was installed professionally and integrated into our existing system. He was on time and let me know ahead when he was coming.

I am very happy with the service I received! Cole is the guy you want for HVAC work and is the only person I'll call or recommend when the need arises. I'm somewhat critical of people in the service industry but I honestly couldn't be happier.

Cole did a great job diagnosing our problem and me and my father in-law learned a few things in the process. Cole is very honest and does a great job explaining all options available for the repair. I am recommending him to our whole neighborhood.

So our heat went out and the temp outside was 6 degrees and it's 11:45 pm on a Friday night.....who you gonna call THIS GUY RIGHT HERE!! Cole came right out and as soon as he got here he introduced himself and put booties on his shoes. I knew we made the right call! Most techs we've had will come in and omit their name and not worry about tracking in dirt. Cole was very professional and addressed our issue with the heat. I'm one of those customers that like to watch what is being done and Cole explained everything that was going on and what my issues were with my hvac. He fixed the problem and explained that I may eventually need a new ecm for my furnace and what it will run me. He explained what the root cause of the failure was and how he fixed the issue. I was throughly impressed with the extent of his knowledge and professionalism. For our part I would much rather pay a smaller company like his and get the professionalism than pay a big company and get half the service and attitude. We highly recommend any hvac work to be done by this man and his company!!

Cole with Journey Heating & Cooling came out late in the evening to look at my AC unit. He found the problem and repaired it. Cole not only is knowledgeable but he corrected the last companies faulty work. He was very professional, timely, and friendly. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

I cannot say enough great things about Journey. This is the third time I have used his services (not because of his work but because of warranty issues, etc). He responds almost immediately and typically arrives within 24 hours. He explains getting in plain speak and offers different options to ensure you are able to make an educated decision. I absolutely love this company.

Cole was very knowledgeable, and professional! He is a young man starting his business, and I will refer him to anyone that asks! He saved me 6000 dollars by performing the repairs, and not replacing the entire unit, as suggested by one of the large companies in our area! Very impressive young man! Cole is absolutely amazing!!! It was excruciatingly hot and our Air conditioner broke. We have children and I was so afraid that somebody would get heat exhaustion. I called him at 11:30pm in a crisis on a Saturday night. He answered right away and he was so intelligent, kind, & knowledgeable. He immediately fixed the 20-year-old air conditioning unit. I would definitely definitely recommend this company to everybody.

Cole with Journey HVAC is always my go to person for my HVAC systems. This was my yearly inspection / cleaning of my units and as usual he has tuned them to maximum efficiency. He is very knowledgeable and probably hardest working guy in the trade. Highly recommend.
