I highly recommend Hours Plumbing. We have used their services for all of our properties and there hasn’t been any issues. The owner explained the process in detail and suggested additional services that were needed to ensure that our basements wouldn’t backup. During the worst storms, our tenants have not submitted work orders for plumbing issues.

A1 experience for rodding main sewer line.

This company is outstanding. The workers are neat clean and professional. I was impressed with the level of respect and quality of work they performed. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an company that stands for good service. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable about their craft.

The Collin and Collin Sanders (father and son) team was very professional, responsive and courteous. They took care of my clogged sewer main though the job required quite a bit of extra effort and patience. I highly recommend their services!

Collin the owner of Hours plumbing came out to fix my clogged sewer line. They were able to rod out the drain which was in a very unusual and cramped spot that 2 other companies said could not be done and the other companies wanted to charge me a lot more. Hours did the work quickly and efficiently and most important professionally. I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

The owner 1st off is so professional! I had to have him rod my sewer and install new piping in my rental home. He was done in a matter of hours. Then I had him to install my shower and run the pipes for my new shower system he did a beautiful job. Then he recommend me a beautiful whirlpool tub that he installed. Only to find out it had a crack in it. He removed the tub took it back to the store. He had them to give me a new one (at no charge) and he came back and reinstalled my new tub. Did not charge me anything extra for doing it either. Made sure his workers respected my home when they were coming back and forth out my home. He did a grand job!

I asked Hours plumbing to fix some leaky pipes in the crawl space coming from my laundry room. He came out and was able to fix it the same day. Mr Sanders and his son was so nice and professional I decided to let them look at my bathroom and asked them about a shower project I wanted done. We ordered the materials right there and when they were delivered, he came out the next day and started the installation. Two days later I couldn’t be more happier with my new bathroom. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I want to give zero stars but would let me. I called hour’s Plumbing he told me he will be 1:00pm and came 4 hours late. I told him I wanted my pump fix mad excuse after excuse and told me it be late comes back l called I called and he never returned my calls then I called next day he did not returned my calls. I will never call hour’s plumbing again. So rude and so unprofessional!!!

How can you trust a plumber that won't give an estimate over the phone? If a customer needs a main drain rod, you should be able to give a price for that.

I was very disappointed. I called him to unclog a drain for a rental that I have. He had the tenant waiting around for 3 hours. Never showed. Then ignored all of my calls. Forgetting about the first incident I tried him again at a later date same exact result. Very unprofessional.

This company is a joke, and get a negative five stars! I call this plumber to service a hot water tank that was already installed just needed the exhaust vent to be pitched correctly and certified. We agreed on a date and time, but no show or call and he would not pick up the phone, so I call the next day from another telephone number he picks right up giving me an excuse that he was away from his phone yesterday . So today we agreed for him to come out at 1pm and once again no call no show and not responding to calls. Very unprofessional, if he didn’t want the work he should have been honest an said so. I try to give my business to our people, but damn….

Setup a next day estimate / install for 8am as my current water heater began leaking from the tank and needed to be replaced.

Was happy with the fast initial response/ scheduling, and what seemed like a fair estimate... currently being on 7/12 work schedule / nightshift... with 2 roomates I dont want having to take cold showers.

No show at 8AM. Tried to call at 8:15am and got voicemail... tried to call again at 8:30AM, was manually sent to voicemail and then got a text that said "in route"... with no further communication beyond that...

Posting this review at 10:35am (still no show) to make folks aware, and to say that if a company cannot show up on time, or even bother to communicate, then it clearly does not value its' customers or their time...regardless of whether it's busy, or not.

I wouldn't waste your time, with this company...added txts containing timestamps and the listed # used.

I called this company to do an estimate of re-piping a house I was buying. I sent my realtor across town to let him into the residence. The guy said he would send me an estimate. He never did. I called and spoke with him, I told him I am waiting on his estimate to make my offer on the home, with costs considered. He said he would email it. He never did. I called and texted and called for weeks with no answer and no return call. I almost lost the house to another bidder due to him lying and ghosting me. If he did not want the work or it was too big a job for him to handle, he should have told me so that I could have had a reliable company go out and do an estimate. Instead he left me waiting and waiting while he ignored my calls. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!
