Made the appointment for preventative maintenance mentioned gas smell on new build and unit. Tech recommended I call the gas company as no leak was found on furnace. Called gas company they found leak from gas line to tankless water heater another tech came later same day and fixed gas leak. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful! Wore booties and cleaned up their mess!!
No issues!

I scheduled a tune-up, and found issues with my unit. Armor Air scheduled the repair for next day! Technician was respectful and polite! Will be my vendor for any future issues I have.

Our furnace wasn’t heating, and I was able to call Armor Air and get this service done the same day. A technician named Robbie came out, gave it a full look through, and was able to pinpoint that there was a wire not connected correctly to our thermostat. That made our furnace not heat properly. It felt so good to have someone look that intently into our furnace. We know it’s old, but it was so refreshing to see someone who genuinely wants us taken care of in a feasible way.

Several months back they came out and repaired our system when the AC had quit working mid summer. Coming into fall and winter I knew it would be best to have a new system installed, I went ahead and asked them to come and check the system which they did provide several budget options to fix the older system and keep it running. They didn't try to push on selling a new unit or lean on a more costly repair, they gave the options and their expertise. I never felt like they were out to maximize their money, they simply do excellent work that takes care of their customers. Which brings me to the work itself, Chad and John had a new inside and outside unit within my house in an incredibly reasonable time. Their work was extremely clean and well put together, every aspect of the installation was without a doubt of better care and workmanship than the previous unit from the company before.

Shout out to Armor Air! It started with a small service call and turned into service manager Eric Lo helping to serve a local school lunch at our under staffed kitchen. We appreciate your help and can’t wait for our next business adventure! Thanks again guys!

Tyler was amazing. He explained everything and was very patient. He explained the installation of a new furnace and new duct work in detail. I was very pleased with him. I was very happy with Austin also. He serviced my furnace a week ago.

Shawn was Awesome! 1. Called in advance, showed up on time. 2. Friendly greeting and immediately placed covers over his boots before entering as it Snowed 4” overnight.
This was an annual furnace maintenance call which Shawn was very professional and thorough explaining static pressures, operating guidelines for optimal furnace functions. Armor Air earns my business consistently over past three years servicing our HVAC.

Robbie was my tech and he went above and beyond—he recorded a video walking me through his review so I could actually see what he was talking about. He explained the issues and possible concerns in my home in a calm, informative way, setting expectations without using scare tactics or pressure. Austin came out a few weeks ago for maintenance/cleaning on our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to my husband. He answered all questions and was so friendly. He also called ahead to say he was on his way, which we appreciated. For any future maintenance or problems we will definately ask for Austin.

Our HVAC system shut down Sunday with the temp around 90 degrees! By evening it was 81 degrees inside our home.
Called Armor Air early Monday morning and advised them I needed a technician as soon as possible due to system shutdown the day before. By 10 am I had a technician named Casey knocking on my door. After a thorough check of the inside and outside unit, he said that system was very low on refrigerant forcing the computer thermostat to shut the system down to prevent damage. He spent at least another 2 hours attempting to locate the leak but couldn’t determine where! He informed us that he would put refrigerant in the system to allow us to have A/C until the following day when he could have the equipment to do a thorough leak search on the system.
Casey returned the next morning and completed a full leak search. The leak was in our A-coil/Evaporator coil and needed replaced. He sat down with the wife and I to explain parts, labor and cost to complete the repairs. Again he had to put more refrigerant in the system to allow our home to have A/C for the second time. He advised he had overnighted the replacement part and would be back the following day for the repairs.
Unfortunately, Casey was sent on an urgent call so Jamie sent his two top technicians Chad and John to complete the repair. Both were wonderful! They were professional, friendly, kept us informed as the work was done. Casey stopped by to see Joe things were going and stayed to assist Chad and John with the repair!
I cannot say enough regarding all 3 technicians about their knowledge, job skills, their professional and caring about the customers and work! Nothing but the very best for all 3!! You have men to be very proud of. And that includes you as well Jamie for taking time out of your day to answer my call and explain the process for the repair.

They had just replace a furnace/air conditioner in our home a week or so ago and called for my rental home that the furnace quit. They came out within 3-4 hrs diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. Everyone I’ve met from the receptionist to the workers are very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends! Great company that you do not find very often these days!

I had a brand new HVAC, AC water heater and duct cleaning done. Armor Air communicated well and was punctual each time they came out. They did amazing service from the installation to the duct cleaning.

Tyler and Erik stopped by for a furnace tune up and inspection and made me feel at ease! It’s time to consider replacing the unit and they gave me thorough options and explained issues of my current system in plain terms for me to understand. A few months later, my furnace locked up and they answered my calls immediately. It was 5 degrees outside. Armor Air makes you feel like you are their only customer! Armor Air was fantastic. They arrived on time, kept me informed, and fixed the water leak quickly. Their communication was clear, they were professional and reliable, and the whole experience was stress free.

Shawn was my tech and he was very thorough in explaining what he saw when he did the annual check on my HVAC system. He also noticed that I have a humidifier running in my home and made a recommendation to get a whole home humidifier added to my system. He was also very kind and good with my dog!

I recently bought a house and had Armor come out to flush the hot water heater and inspect the plumbing. Ultimately, I needed to have my hot water heater replaced (also added a water softener). Levi was prompt, personable, and professional. He presented me with options and was upfront about pricing. He was able to schedule and complete the work quickly. He also took the time to walk me through the new system, how to maintain the water softener, even shut offs- in case of emergency. Bonus, they didn’t leave my house a mess… I mean every single piece of trash was hauled away! I”m a happy customer.

If you're looking for friendly and exceptional service for your Heating and Cooling needs, I highly recommend Armor Air! Ever since we moved into our home several years ago, we dreaded the winter dryness (our home routinely would be anywhere from 25-29% humidity in the winter, and sometimes even lower. We were constantly sick, waking up with a sore throat, and frequent nose bleeds.

I saw a video on Instagram of the Armor Air team and they looked like a bunch of really nice people, so I investigated and saw how many people had great things to say about the company. We had them come out and give us a quote on a whole home humidification system, and Robert was very friendly, professional and worked with us to get a system setup for our home. A few days later, Kameron came out and installed the system and he did an awesome job! The last time we had another HVAC company come out and do work on our system, they left a giant mess, but not Kameron. You couldn't even tell he was there!

Now, our home, in the coldest days of winter, is between 40 and 50% humidity, and our home has never felt so comfortable. Another surprise was we got a text from Erik a few hours later asking how everything went and just checking to see if we needed anything.

If you're looking for a A+++ experience, I highly recommend Armor Air. I can say we have found a great Heating and Cooling company that I trust and know we will be able to count on in the future.

Used Armor to replace our HVAC and thy have been great to work with. Technicians have all been friendly and knowledgeable. Recently did a plumbing check, flushed the tankless water heater and check our sump pump, very thorough with their process.

I had some changes with my furnace, as I hadn't had the unit serviced in a couple years, and with the cold weather this week, I was nervous. Shawn came within the time frame stated, notified me when he was headed my way with an ETA, and notified me when he had arrived.
He was very professional - found the issue (something little thank goodness), took the time to explain things, helped me start on a plan to keep me on track with yearly maintenance.
He was kind, thorough, personable, helpful, patient, and informative.
