Ben Bryan fixed our tub drain which had been a problem for quite some time. We had tried to fix it ourselves but it was more of an issue than we knew how to deal with. Ben had the repair done quickly, answer my questions, was very courteous, & the job was completed at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Elliott’s Heating Air Conditioning (Flow-Tech).

The service was great and quick! I had no cold air coming out of my hvac and had called another service to get told I'd have to wait several days for help. But Elliott's put my problem as a priority and sent someone out the day I called! Fantastic service and shows actual care for their customers well being.

I called Elliot's about 8:30am hoping to schedule a technician to look at my central air since it decided to stop working the hottest day of the summer.
Joe, the technician assigned to come out was great! He called when the was on his way, then called when he was done and let me know what he fixed and the cost.
He was very friendly and professional. By 12:00 my air was fixed.

Super awesome guy, explained everything out perfectly I even learned a couple things. Did everything to the best of his ability and showed me before and after. Recommend 100%! If I ever need work done for heating and cooling I’ll request him every time!

Joe called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. Joe was very knowledgeable about our geothermal heat pump. There were a couple of issues needing repair, however, Joe didn’t try to pressure me to authorize the repairs. I am well satisfied with the routine maintenance and repairs that were made on our geothermal heat pump.

Tech came the same day I called. This surprised me as I thought I would have to wait days. He was kind, to the point, seemed knowledgeable, and wore shoe protectors in the house! 🎉 I also has positive interactions with the woman on the phone. So far, pleased with the service of this company.

I needed a creative solution to an oddly installed gas line. I received quick and efficient service. We were able to come up with a quick and inexpensive fix. Highly recommend!
