Sean Kelly is one of my favorites techs to come to my location. He always takes the time to explain necessary repairs and what we can do to avoid future issues.

Shawn Rasmussen did a great job fixing the fryer. He explained things to myself and 2 of my staff team. He was very friendly and professional.

Not sure of the young man who stopped to help a woman recover her housing items that fell from a truck but he needs a raise! You guys hired some amazing people. July19th 1pm off glass road . If they take care of customers the same way they care for someone in need I support them 100%! I know who to call if I need appliance help.

Lauren Nelson the Lead Service Team Specialist was amazing! We have been having issues with communication with our team and their team and Lauren got to the bottom of it. She got it fixed promptly and made sure we will be taken care of moving forward. Thank you Lauren for your assistance!

Called them to fix a leaking freezer. Tech came out to look at and said there was nothing he could do and suggested I just patch it with silicone and some flashing. Received an invoice for $200. Called to complain and all they could do was credit me for the 45 minutes that he said he was there. Tech was actually in my place of business for no more than 15 minutes. He sat in his truck for the rest of the time. Still have to pay the $150 for techs drive time and service call fee. I always thought the service call was to cover the tech traveling to and from location. I would be embarrassed to charge this much and not do anything.
Edited: They did contact me again and did credit me an additional amount since I did not know what their base fee was. So I have raised my rating for them due to their desire to make things right. -
Never done business with them, but one of their vans ran me off the road today. Probably not the best marketing strategy, but at least they were trying to provide speedy service😅
-
I usually had good experiences with them in Des Moines, but they now have a nearly $400 service fee plus $98 / hour. Really pricing themselves out of a potential PM contract.

The repair service is top notch and the repairmen are highly competent and professional. I'd give the repairmen five stars if I could. The customer service is why I've rated them so lowly. Customer service reps are very rude and unprofessional and they have zero desire to help you. I have a slight stutter and was stumbling over a word and I could hear the woman on the end of the line sigh and swear under her breath.

Bad service
Bad customer service
Everything bad to deal with them -
Won’t come out for 24 hour service unless you have an account. Offered to pay cash but was turned away
-
He was driving behind me. He almost hit my car dang near four times. Needs to learn to drive.
-
Never disclosed they charge mileage and labor while driving at 115/hr. Left with breaker off and no hot water. Never again
-
Called to have a refrigerator looked at the girl that answered the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes then was very rude don’t do business here!
-
Shady, bait and switch sales tactics. I was told one thing during booking than WAY over charged after service was done. Did not disclose anything about travel time and mileage. Too bad, the tech was great, awful company with disgusting policies.

Techs are horrible at driving. Watched one near spirit lake almost force an elderly lady off the road. Says a lot about their ethics and "their sense of responsibility"
