They only allow 5 stars otherwise, I’d have given them 10.
Very reliable, prompt, and accommodating. Management that sees greatness in their employees and employees who provide great service to their customers !
You won’t want to do your business elsewhere. -
A very nice guy, Tyler, came out twice. A faucet replacement and hooking up gas stove. He was fast and professional! I would get him again👍

Gas leak repair took multiple trips and a month to locate and fix. Maybe firm is ok for water plumbing issues but not versed in natural gas issues.

AJ plumbing or Clog Busters same name same address poor service. Not impressed at all. Poor communication between employees led to a delay in my basement flooding problem being fixed and more $ spent then originally quoted. i spent 26000 on a "platinum" package originally to replace the main sewer. My basement continued to flood through the drain that started the problem to begin with. I was told the drain was not connected to the sewer pipe and that they would fix their mistake for free. well that day came and the owner called crying about how his employees were working for "free" . I asked if what they were doing was going to rectify the problem and was told no. I needed to pay them another 4000 for them to connect the drain to the sewer line. this should have been done when they dug the trench in my yard. Long story short they made a mistake and were not professional enough to cover the cost on their end. After spending 30,000$ for a platinum repair i have never felt more robbed in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

With AJ plumbing company, they have only one person to do handyman work. He is a very overweight gentleman who sweats profusely, and sounds like he’s struggling going up and down stairs. He has come into my home worked on my plumbing, left a very large mass, water everywhere, and if I had not been standing there watching, he would’ve grabbed anything handy to wipe up the water so I can’t see it. He didn’t try to wipe up any water until I said something about it. Water was everywhere. I had to call him back to fix the same problem at which he said he repaired what he did and he broke the handle off of the valve to turn the water off And on and said that he would charge me $150 to repair it. I told him to get out of my house. I had to call him twice to get him back up to the house and he kept telling me he forgot about the appointment. These people are horrible repairs and I heard from other people as well that they had used them and they would never go back to them as well. Use at your own risk.

I hired AJ Plumbing to replace a water heater. The plumber was on time and got everything installed without major issue. Part of the contract was to remove the old water heater and dispose of it. It has been sitting in my backyard for almost a week, which looks fantastic. I've left countless messages on both the business line and the plumbers cell phone. Now the mailbox is full. I've also been shot into voicemail after 2 rings. DO NOT HIRE!

My husband called to ask how much a service call was and was told $60. We scheduled them to come as he had a water leak in the ceiling. When they got there, 3 people showed up. The plumber, the person taking the money and person in training.
I was then told it was $250 to do a diagnostic. Scam No. 1! A service call was suppose to be $60. I already know I have a water issue, I don’t need someone to tell me that. I hired them to come and tell me what the problem is.
So they take the toilet off and find the issue. Then the lady, not the plumber tells me I have 4 options to fix this. Very confused I said, “4 options?” She proceeded to tell me about 4 different packages I could purchase. The platinum one being almost $1,000 and comes with a bunch of stuff I don’t need. I asked her, “How much is it to just fix the problem they found?” She said that would be covered in the bronze package at $450. So I was forced into buying a package and not just time and material. Scam No. 2!
After the plumber (who was great) fixed the initial problem, we found out there was a secondary issue. I asked him how koch it would be to fix (The other lady had left at this point) He proceeded to tell me I had 4 options to for fixing the problem. I told him enough with the packages, I just wanted to know how much for material and his time. He said since I had already bought a package, we could switch to time and material. Scam No. 3!
I have never had a service company try to sell packages and put each individual issue in a box. At that point, I was already in the $250 for diagnostics, which they covington waived when I picked a package.
I had other contractors there working on a separate issue and was very frazzled. In retrospect, I should have just asked them to leave when they changed the &”$60 service fee to a $250 diagnostic fee.
The plumber was great but their business model sucks!!! I would never recommend them and would highly encourage everyone to steer clear!!!!! -
(Incident on 4/24/25 @ 7am, HWY5) this dude tailgates and drives erratically at 80+mph -and while pulling his dinky trailer on thin bicycle wheels, swaying dangerously behind him. Absolutely no regard for others safety.
I wouldnt let this dude touch my toilet.
