Two thumbs up to Derek and Complete Comfort! He just replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I was totally impressed by him during the entire process. He is super responsive. He responded to my inquiry about a quote within a day and he was here within a couple of days to look the system over. He wrote the quote on the spot and still honored his initial quote a month later after I wasted time trying to get other companies to provide quotes. When I awarded the job to him he was ready to do the installation the next day. The quality of his work is top-notch. He showed up for the installation on time and completed on time. The installation looks terrific and he provided the equipment that I was looking for. Derek Dezarn at Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling did a fabulous job on our HVAC installation. It was a difficult attic installation and Derek pulled it off with no problem. He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. The inspector was very impressed with his work as well. I would highly recommend Complete Comfort for any HVAC work.

From start to finish, Derek was fantastic to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted in order to heat/cool the upstairs of our old farm house that lacked any duct work, but Derek had a much better idea. He installed a heat pump with an air handler in our attic, and was very patient and accommodating with me on some specific details that I required. This installation occurred in 2021 when we were expecting our son, and 3 years later I can’t imagine our boy sleeping upstairs without the system we have in place. We have had a few home contractors over the years, and Complete Comfort is the only one that I am 100% satisfied with.
