Strongly recommend Steve Moore of Pipe Dream Plumbing. Christmas 2022, temperatures reached record breaking lowes in Augusta, and the water pipes under my building (and all over the county) burst. 3 families lived in the building, and as it had no water, everyone had to vacate over the coldest Christmas holiday in memory. All the other plumbers I called were booked out 2 weeks, or weren't working at all over the holidays. I asked around and Steve Moore of Pipe Dream Plumbing was highly recommended by a trusted contractor of mine, Randy Ray, of Randy's Exteriors. When I dialed Pipe Dream Plumbing on December 26th 2022, Steve Moore personally took the call, and his earliest availability was New Years day. No one else would help, but Steve himself showed up and fixed the problems on New years day 2023. There are lots of folks passing as plumbers these days, and so few are good craftsman, but Steve Moore is both. When I need urgent work done right and in a timely manner, I call Steve. If I have to call a few times, because he's out working in the field, and he can't pick up the line, that's OK. Good work is worth it. Thanks Steve for taking the call and the job, when no one else would, and thanks for getting it done right the 1st time, and on a Holiday, so folks could come home.

Called these guys to trench and lay new water line, he refused, saying it was to far, 34 miles is to far!? RIDICULOUS!!!!

Two times no call no show. The first missed appointment I called several times before he actually answered. He said he didn’t answer because he thought it was a spam number. However, I left two voicemails with my number in both. So that tells me he either didn’t listen to those or just ignored them. I gave him another chance and again a no call no show. I didn’t bother calling him back and wasting my time again. I will never do business with him and I tell everyone looking for a plumber about this experience.
