Our AC went out. Called and left a message. Very timely response and no nonsense service. The process was easy from selecting a new unit, to paying, to scheduling, and the communication was constant the entire time. Was never tried to be upsold. Was never given a hard time about not using their line of credit. Everyone was nice and informative. I can't recommend them enough. Glad I went with a local company and will call them again if there's ever an issue.

Excellent service and pricing. They also support our downtown community. Quick and easy.

We experienced the heat of Kansas and our current system couldn't handle it. We had a similar situation last year but instead of trying to fix it we found out through our home warranty that our unit simply wasn't big enough for our house. That's when my husband found Mr. BREEZE! What an incredible experience! Real customer service, no pushy sales rep, just an honest person. We expressed what we wanted and they listened. We got exactly what we needed and it was affordable! The installation took 1 day and here we are sitting cool and comfortable. Thank you Guys, we will totally recommend!

Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling is the company you want for all your HVAC needs. From my initial visit with Brett, who came out to the house to give me a bid for a new furnace, to my installer Mark who came out and installed my new furnace, the experience was fantastic. They are an honest company with fair and reasonable prices. Special shout out goes to Mark who done an amazing and quick job getting my new furnace installed in one day. Mark is awesome. Thank you Mr. Breeze, Brett and Mark for an awesome job and for taking care of my home.

Called 4/29 to scheduled my HVAC maintenance check I'm a Sapphire member. Great customer service, quickly scheduled at my earliest convenience. Ke'Vonte arrived right on time. Checked my system and gave recommendations regarding monitoring my outside A.C unit. I appreciate they sent the same one who's familiar with my HVAC. I still 100% recommend this company.

I signed up for the Sapphire membership. Scheduled my seasonal heating system check. Ke'Vonte arrived and identified himself and began checking my heating system at 3:26pm. Finished at 3:52pm. Very polite and respectful.

Called 7/16/24 after my A.C. stopped blowing cold air. The young lady was very kind and tried to send someone the same day or the next day. Because of my own schedule, I waited until Friday 7/19/24. I received a text reminder the day before. Day of received another with Jake's photo. I appreciate that as a safety precaution. Jake arrived, was very kind and knowledgeable, and the pricing is reasonable. Took less than 30 minutes to fix. I do recommend using their services. This company will now be my regular HVAC company.

Jake was our service tech. He arrived on time and jumped right in. He was extremely friendly and got us up and running in 30 minutes. We will keep Mr Breeze's info close by and recommend them to everyone in their service area.

Lucky us, we have Mr. Breeze as our Heating and Cooling Specialist as we woke up this morning with our a/c not cooling. Within a few hours they were here and diagnosed the problem. Jake was our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable and he explained everything clearly. After the work was completed, Jake asked if we had any questions. We highly recommend Mr. Breeze.

Kreeden did a great job getting out ac unit up and running. He is professional and very polite as well as a good communicator. It took several days to get the part but that normally isn’t the service providers fault. We’ve used Mr breeze for years and will continue to to do so

Mr. Breeze is by far the best HVAC company around. They are very professional and quick to respond to any service we need. They did an excellent job installing a new furnace, heat pump and air conditioner. We highly recommend them!!!
