My technician Oswaldo always does a great job on our HVAC unit, I would recommend him to everyone i know. Very personable and cares about his clients, i hope he never leaves Hamilton.

Oswaldo did a great job. Found a leak that other technicians had missed. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I've recommended Bob Hamilton to other people and Oswaldo in another example of why.

Os went above and beyond to come after hours to fix our ac unit that had gone out mid day! By the time I realized it, it was 80 degrees in our house!
He came in with a smile on his face and went right to work! He was able to fix it and leave less than an hour later with us having cool air again!

Os came out today for a seasonal checkup. As always the tech was polite, clean, and didn't disturb me while I worked. He gave a few suggestions after doing his checks, and that was that. Quick, simple, respectful. Just another reason I keep using Hamilton.

Os, came to my house to check out my furnace. Its in bad shape. Os was able to explain everything to me in a way I understand. I am very grateful that I was able to get an appointment today and everyone has been so helpful. Highly recommend Os.

I've never used Hamilton before and chose to use them for AC maintenance based on a mailer that had a special on them. Was able to schedule the next morning after I contacted them. Os came out on time and did a great job.

Not many places will be able to take a call, with an actual associate, and have a scheduled time for a technician to come out in the same day. Both times I have used Bob Hamilton I have been met with this professionalism. Oswaldo came out today and helped us when we were without AC on one of the hottest days of the year. He was very informative and we couldn’t have asked for better help. A++

The wizard of oz was amazing and very thorough. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the problem diagnosed within the minutes. Talk to him about coffee He loves getting recommendations on good roasters here in the area!
