The technician, Henry Grisby, arrived at the time we were told, and performed the regular maintenance, check up and filter change on our water conditioner that was due. He did a great job with no waste time, fixing a minor problem and testing his work. We were pleased.
We have had the system since December 2000 and it has done a wonderful job and they have maintained it well

Henry was the tech today who replaced the carbon filter on my water softener. He was able to get started earlier than the scheduled time as he was running ahead which worked out great. He was very professional and all around nice guy and was done in under an hour. All the techs from APW have been great.

I would like to post my appreciation for APW's heating and air conditioning team. Namely Jason, JP, Alex, and Larry. Our AC went out after many years of use. The team was out the very next day and installed an excellent system and great installation that day. It's working great and we are cool again.
This system is a great upgrade to what we previously had.
They also cured an issue with cooling a very warm attic type dormer.
I am very pleased with our system and would recommend APW to anyone.

Extraordinary service! Extraordinary people! We replaced a furnace and APW was the company assigned by my home warranty company. I had not heard of APW and we were very fortunate they were assigned to us. We had a compressed timeframe to diagnose and eventually replace the furnace. APW worked with me and the warranty company to accelerate the process and install the furnace. I could not have asked for a better partner than APW to get the job done. Next time I have heating, cooling, or plumbing needs I will go to APW without hesitation. Thank you for a job well done.

Henry from APW was out today for fall service on our furnace. Henry was very polite, courteous and professional (as well as COVID friendly and responsible). I was very impressed with the service work he did, he took his time, was methodical and made me feel like taking care of our furnace was the most important thing on his schedule today. Once finished he went over possible issues to be considered in the future and emailed me a detailed estimate. Thanks Henry for clearly explaining the things we need to consider in the future. This was our second service call with APW and we highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Whole company outstanding, they talk to each other! Easy and fast scheduling. Arrived on time and called to tell me on the way. I had called the office to tell them I was working in the front yard and may miss that phone call... which I did. They coordinated with Caleb for me. Caleb took care of checking and cleaning my A/C and then updated me on best practices to take care of both my A/C and heater. He reviewed everything he had done and made sure I knew where and how to change my filter. My units are very old and the filter was in the heater, actually the fan unit in the garage. I am so pleased I can count on them to return if I have problems. I have signed up for the service contract in the fall, very pleased with their pricing too.

Our experience with APW was outstanding. The initial visit made it very clear what our needs were and what options they could provide. The crew that installed our unit was prompt and professional. They answered all of our questions while doing the install and made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. We haven’t had any trouble with the equipment since. My experience with APW was positive. I was in need of a new HVAC system. Jamie, Brian, Brennan, and Larry were awesome. Jamie helped me select the right system for my unique, older home. Everyone from APW was exceptional, professional and dedicated to making the experience as painless as possible. Jamie did a great job of providing information so that we could make an informed decision. Conner with APW came out to work on our toilet. We have worked with a lot of plumbers on different jobs and he was communicative, informative, prompt and professional. We get frustrated dealing with issues that we don’t understand and he was kind, courteous and patient, explaining to me exactly what was going on, what he was doing, and how his services and insurance worked for us. He showed up exactly on time ready to do the job quickly and well. We appreciated his service so much and he really put us at ease as he worked on our home!

rom start to finish, they were very professional. Every person we spoke with were helpful and super friendly. I really appreciated the fact that they would call you and kept you informed about when you could expect someone and a follow up if the person was running late. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it so the system is now working wonderfully with no problems. Even after the work was done, they followed up a week or so later to make sure we were satisfied. Top notch company with top notch service. Highly recommend this company.

What an awesome service visit! Henry G. from APW just wrapped up our furnace cleaning. He was very thorough and informative regarding our new system. Additionally, he took the time to show my husband a visual of an issue that we need to correct that if not corrected soon could impact our health. This was extremely important to know because our son has bad allergies along with asthma. Without Henry taking the time to do this, we likely wouldn't have known. I appreciate the high level of customer service that he's provided and hope that he can continue servicing our home for our future heating and cooling needs. I am happy with the service APW provided. The service technicians were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (which was good for me). Dave Moreno and Josue were professional, polite, and efficient. They got in, did the work as explained, and finished up in a very reasonable time frame. When I asked for additional bids for other possible projects, they worked those up without hesitation. Instead of calling another vendor and wondering if you will hear back or when they might arrive and what they will do, give APW a try.

This is a woman owed business and I was connected with them through my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. They were able to provide extremely quick service, my entirely new HVAC system was installed 2 days after I met them and they provided several upgrades, discounts, and promotions. They provide easy financing. After installation, they do a post installation walk through to answer any questions and double check their work. If you use their biannual service agreement (included for the first year at no cost) , they also provide a 12 year warranty! They even sent me a thank you gift of cookies and a vacuum insulated cup!

Called APW yesterday about a possible gas leak another furnace company had detected during a tune up. We’re first time home owners and didn’t know APW had initially worked and installed our furnaces. The receptionist on the phone was so sweet and quick to put us on the schedule for the next day. Tyler with APW came out to our home in Basehor and fixed the problem quickly then also inspected our other second furnace to make sure there weren’t any gas leaks coming from that one either. Tyler was great, informative, very kind and professional. Highly recommend Tyler and APW. Definitely will be staying with them for all our cooling, plumbing and heating needs for our new home.

They took really good care of me. They changed staff on answering phone calls 📞. They went over and beyond to reconcile the mistake of the person I first dealt with. I really appreciate them owning up to what that staff person did. I loved the service technician they sent out to us. He has been working with them over 10 years very professional and understanding of what the problem was. Again went beyond to help me. I would truly recommend this company. They took care of the situation and it didn't cost me more.

APW sent a great technician to help us. His name is Brad. He came out to service our water purification system and did a very efficient job on that! He noticed there was a problem with a leak in our HVAC system and repaired the drain lines while he was here. He was very thorough in his work and in explaining what he was doing. We felt lucky to have him as our technician! Our water purification system is working great now, and he probably saved us a lot of money on a damaged HVAC system by repairing our drain lines!

We have used APW for plumbing repairs and upgrades as well as the installation of a water conditioning system (which we LOVE!). We have been very happy with the service. It's easy to schedule and we always have not just good, but EXCELLENT service from the plumbers. We will continue to use and recommend APW.

Prior to calling APW, I had another Heating and Cooling company out to look at my AC which had been shutting off. Long story short, I was advised they could remove some refrigerant in order to limp it into the fall so we could replace it at a later date, or we could just replace it now. I chose to have the refrigerant removed, and hoped for the best.
2 weeks later the house just couldn't stay below 80 degrees so I called APW to get a second opinion. They arrived at the early part of their window and got to work. Tyler Moore was the technician and he was very professional, explaining and showing me what the problems were and why they caused this issue. The next part is what won APW my business for life. Tyler explained the issue was misdiagnosed by my previous provider, meaning I was about 4lb light on refrigerant ($1300) and suggested I reach out to them to see if they would replace or reimburse me for it. Well I did, and they did agree to come do that. So Tyler saved me over $1000 and got the rest of his job done in a professional and efficient manner. Because of this, I signed up for their regular cleaning program.

We had our hvac + furnace replaced by APW two years ago during the '18 heat wave. They were quick to solve our problem, professional, and overall amazing and have continued to be so since.

This afternoon we had Henry out and 5/5 Stars doesn't cover the interaction I just had with him. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and informative. He ran through each step of his work thoroughly with me and was happy to answer all of my questions. What I'm trying to say is that Henry is awesome and his customer service is top notch. APW is blessed to have a technician like him and many others on their staff and it's a very large reason I recommend them to those I know.

I greatly look forward to our next inspection.

I got my system in 2017 and have kept my systems maintained with them and they have kept their word of the warranty which is rare in my opinion. They’ve always worked to be kind and understanding in their customer service. Henry has been to our home a few times and today and even though he had to order parts he was thorough in explaining what was wrong and is on top of getting it fixed ASAP and staying in communication. They are respectful of wearing booties to keep from tracking things in and are always nice to my kids who are so interested in knowing what they’re doing.
