Speedy service. Did the work I needed. A/C was a joy in this humid climate.

Got me in same day! Did his job and very reasonable! Will use them again if I have another issue!

Replacement parts were priced outrageously high, almost 6 times what could be bought over the counter. When questioned about it, their response was very unprofessional, and did not represent one in which valued its customers. I would not recommend this Newton location.

Called them first because they treated me right when I needed some flexible ducting. They showed up pretty quick and diagnosed the problem very quickly (blow capacitor). He told me that it was a very expensive part, $230 dollars. As he was installing the part I did a quick google search and found out they are all over the internet for $8-$12. I then confronted him about it and all he had to say was "that is what they tell me to charge". After a long conversation he kept his $230 dollar part I found in Wichita the next day for $12 dollars. He told me I still had to pay the $100 service call I gladly paid to get him away from my house. Please do yourself a favor and call any of the other local HVAC companies. I called them all and they all charged under $25 for the same part and much cheaper for the service call.

Will never use them again. Used them for several years. Until new younger help came on board and company changed hands. Now all they want to do is sell you a new unit. Expensive unit want to deter and discourage you from fixing old units. Tell you it can’t be fixed and how expensive it would be. Sales pitch instead of fixing old units. Will never use them again or refer anyone to their services.

The company is now owned by Hanna Heating and A/C out of Wichita, but they have maintained the local office and company name. FAST, EFFICIENT Service! Our home central A/C went out at 7pm on the evening before the hottest day of the year so far. Denny's was able to slip us into their schedule for the next day. The technician called me 15 minutes before he arrived (and at the time they had previously estimated to me when I scheduled). Jeremy found the problem right away (unfortunately, not the less expensive problem I was hoping it would be though). He had the parts on the truck. He cleaned all the coils for me and did a filter change also (it needed it). The A/C is back on and the house is 2 degrees cooler already. Thanks much guys!

I've used them for years, always on time and quick to work. Had them replace my old furnace and AC unit too. Also always used the yellow card to do the tune-up of both my AC and furnace but after they changed hands every time I called to schedule the tune-up two weeks in advance I was always told they were booked solid. One time I even called three weeks in advance and was told they were booked solid. Now I just throw the yellow card away. I suppose if my AC or furance breaks down I might call them.

Called a different company last winter because my furnace wouldn't work. They came out and told me I needed to spend a bunch of money on a bunch of different parts to get it working. I did a google search and found it was more than likely a plugged exhaust, but I couldn't figure out where. I called Denny's and they came out same day diagnosed it and found spider webs in my outside exhaust vent. Charged me half what the other guy charged me and fixed the problem. No parts needed. Then this summer my AC wasn't working right. They found a few different issues, but end result is I need a new AC. They patched it up best they could to keep it running until they can install the new one. Gave me the best price they could on a new unit. Highly recommend them!

I called Denny's/Hanna to come to my house and diagnose a leak on my system. The tech was not friendly and very short. He then proceeded to tell me I needed an evaporator coil, it would cost $4200 to fix, and that I should just go ahead and buy one of their new units. For $10k dollars. I called another company for a second opinion and was told that my system could be fixed for just under $1500 including the call out and lost charge. I will not be using Denny's again and I will certainly tell anyone that asks who I use to run in the other direction.

Your One-Stop Hub for HVAC Services Across the US

Whether your air conditioner stopped on the hottest day of the year, your furnace is cycling on and off in January, or you are planning a full system replacement for your home or business — this page is your starting point. GigoPro's HVAC hub gathers verified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractors from cities across the United States in one place, so you can stop calling around and start comparing on facts.

Every company you find here lists what it actually does: air conditioning repair and installation, furnaces and heat pumps, ductwork and ventilation, indoor air quality, commercial HVAC maintenance, and emergency call-outs. Each profile shows the services offered, the area the company serves, recent customer reviews with ratings, and contact details — so you can shortlist three or four pros, request written estimates, and book the one that fits you best.

Quality on Gigo is not self-declared. Before any business appears in search results, we moderate the profile: we verify that the company is real, actively operating, and actually operates in the category it claims; for regulated trades, we verify proper credentials. Listings that stop being active are hidden automatically. That is what "verified near you" should mean, and it is why tens of thousands of homeowners [replace with real number if available] start their HVAC search here every month.

Services You Can Find on Gigo

The contractors in this directory cover every part of that equation, from a quick fix to a full replacement. Here is what each type of service involves, and when you are likely to need it.

Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

Central AC repair covers everything from a tripped breaker and a refrigerant leak to a failing compressor or a blower motor that needs replacing. If your system is older than 12–15 years [verify & localize], or repairs keep adding up, a new installation — including ducted central systems and ductless mini-splits — can be the smarter long-term call. Companies listed here service AC units of every age and brand, so a technician visit starts with a proper diagnosis, not a sales pitch.

Heating & Furnace Services

Furnaces, boilers, and space heaters keep your home livable through winter. Typical jobs: no-heat emergencies, noisy operation, pilot and ignition problems, carbon-monoxide safety checks, and full furnace replacement. Annual pre-winter maintenance is the cheapest insurance you can buy against a breakdown in freezing weather. If your heat stops working, prioritize companies that list emergency or same-day response in their profile.

Heat Pumps

Heat pumps heat and cool from the same efficient unit — air-source systems are the most common, with ground-source (geothermal) options for larger projects. Contractors in this category install, repair, and replace heat pumps, size them correctly for your home, and handle the ductwork modifications that a switch from a furnace often requires. If you are replacing an aging system, a heat pump conversion is worth having with two or three licensed pros before you decide.

Ductwork & Ventilation

Your ducts carry every degree of comfort to every room. Duct cleaning removes dust and debris that builds up over years; duct sealing stops the leaks that let conditioned air escape into attics and crawl spaces; and duct repair or replacement fixes crushed, disconnected, or rodent-damaged runs. If rooms in your house never quite reach the set temperature, airflow problems are often the culprit — worth checking before you blame the system itself.

Indoor Air Quality

Modern HVAC work goes beyond temperature. Air purifiers, whole-home filtration, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, ventilation and fresh-air systems, and UV treatments all change what you breathe. Companies offering indoor air quality services can test and improve air in homes with allergies, asthma, new paint or renovation dust, or simply poor circulation.

Commercial & Multi-Unit HVAC

Offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and apartment buildings have very different needs than homes — rooftop units, package systems, and scheduled maintenance contracts that keep tenants comfortable and equipment warranties valid. The directory includes commercial HVAC contractors who can respond quickly when a business space loses heat or cooling, and who will quote preventative maintenance to avoid the midnight call-out later.

Maintenance & Seasonal Tune-Ups

A spring tune-up before cooling season and a fall check-up before heating season catch small problems while they are still cheap to fix. Maintenance typically covers filter replacement, cleaning coils and burners, checking refrigerant charge, testing safety controls, and confirming airflow. Many companies publish maintenance plans in their profiles — compare what is included (and what an emergency visit costs) before you commit.

24/7 Emergency HVAC

Systems break on weekends and holidays. Emergency-ready contractors keep after-hours teams for exactly the no-heat, no-cool, or gas-odor situations that can't wait until Monday. Check a company's profile for stated emergency availability and response policy before needing it — that is far easier than cold-calling on a Christmas morning.
