I searched on the Nextdoor app for an a/c repair service and Pronto came highly recommended by several people. I needed a repair on Memorial Day no less and called the phone number, expecting to leave a message for Tuesday when they would be open after the holiday. To my surprise, the company owner answered, gave me advice over the phone and then........came out to my house that same day to make the repair! The best part was that the technician/owner/expert was extremely knowledgeable, extremely polite, patient, and gave me honest answers as to what was needed for the bare minimum repair. He then offered.....not pushy at all......to repair an additional item that would make my life easier. I said yes and he made the repairs quickly and efficiently. The second best part was that despite it being a holiday and short notice, his prices were very reasonable in my opinion. I will be calling Pronto again when I need help. Impressive operation.

Lately, it has become almost impossible to schedule a repairman let alone get estimates. I am pretty much at the pleasure of whomever arrives.
I got very lucky when I found Pronto Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in Olathe, Kansas. Pronto was at my house that day. He is an excellent communicator and shared his observations and insights with me. He was able to correct my problem quickly for a very reasonable fee.

We purchased a complete heating and cooling system from Pronto Air. They came recommended by someone in my office and I have been happy with the result, We went back to him to purchase a water heater.

Pronto Air was an absolute life saver! Our a/c stopped working on a day which hit 105 degrees outside. It was 87 degrees in our house at 7 pm on a Friday. I called Pronto Air, and the owner, Anthony, was at our house in 20 minutes! Totally incredible!

After 10 minutes, Anthony had diagnosed the capacitor in our outdoor unit burnt out and was already replacing the part. A massive thank you to Anthony for taking care of our family after hours on a Friday night. We can sleep better tonight knowing this amazing small business is in Olathe.

Antony was very personable and prompt, even managed to arrive earlier than originally promised, calling first to see if I was available. He explained all my options and worked quickly to solve the problem. Even noticed an issue with my water tank, although he was there for my HVAC system and was able to resolve both issues. We initially had Anthony come to our house to price a completely new system. During the inspection it was determined by him and us that it was not going to be cost effective. Most companies would not have been honest and would have installed the system anyway. We ended up only replacing our wall unit. Anthony was honest, prompt, and thorough. Great value as well. We would hire him again!

5/5 stars! Anthony is always prompt and courteous. We have used him on multiple occasions for our heating and cooling system. Quick to respond to any of our needs. Most recently we decided to get a new furnace installed. Anthony gave us multiple quotes based on types/sizes of furnaces. He was then prompt at installing. Very courteous of our home. He made sure we knew how to get new filters and replace them. He is knowledgeable in his field and we trust his experience. We will continue to use Pronto Air for all our needs.
