I called early in the morning. They made a scheduled appointment for me that day and was able to come early. And they were amazing at what they did for me. Very very helpful. Able to get it done in one day with no grief. I'll absolutely use them again

I called and left a message after hours and they were here the next morning. Took a bit to figure out what was going on but they got it fixed in one trip.

Ryan was great! Very friendly and spot plainly for us to understand the probable cause for the issue! Will call again if the need arises!

Really nice guy and honest. Not pushy at all. We were looking at possibly nursing the A/C along because we couldn't afford a new motor for one of the parts that helps start the fan, and it was gonna be like $500 more when it did eventually stop again. After he told me about it, he finished up working on the unit, and found a faulty wire that he replaced for free and he was happy FOR us that we weren't going to need to replace it. He came earlier than the appointment because he was available, and it was done fast.

Dalton was exceedingly helpful, kind, understanding, courteous. His team equally so.

Dalton's did great! They came out super quick and diagnosed the problem. I hated hearing that we needed to install a new HVAC system, but they answered all my questions and were able to get the new system in the next day - thankfully before the snowstorm on the way! His techs were very nice and Dalton kept an eye on things throughout the day. My family couldn't be happier with the service Dalton and his crew provided.

I had heard good things about Dalton but my gosh, he was super fast. He got the work done super quickly and got my family living nice and cool again. I am very thankful for his good work and I now see why his Google reviews are so incredible :).

Our furnace quit working the day before we were set to get a massive ice/snow storm! We called for help and they showed up within about an hour, looked it over and reported that we needed a new furnace! They came back before 8am the next morning and got the new one installed and running before the bad weather set in! My family of 7 is so grateful for the kindness, thoughtfulness and hard work that was put in by these guys!

I have been a customer of Dalton’s for a few years now, and they have always delivered top notch service! I would highly recommend them for all your ac and furnace needs!

We recently had Dalton's install a new heating/cooling system to replace our ancient one. Their initial install was finished in a day and their employees were kind and courteous. A few weeks later, we noticed an odd sound when our AC turned on and called Dalton's about it. A technician was out the next day and he diagnosed the issue. Within a day, they had reached out and said they wanted to replace the entire unit because they wanted everything done right. To be clear, their install was perfect. There was a minor issue with the product itself. From the first meeting about the install estimate, all the way to this replacement, I have interacted with around six different employees, including Dalton himself, and they have all been professional, kind, and they clearly value building relationships with their customers. I will be strongly recommending them to all my family and friends.

So nice to find someone you can depend on. Came out quickly and fixed our problem. Very reasonable on pricing. Will be our first call from now on.

Got back to town on a sunday afternoon to find the house at 80+ degrees. Called and got an immediate amswer. Dalton was courteous and arrived within 40 minutes. He was quick to get diagnosed and repaired within hour and half. Unfortunately i had to pay after hours fee. But it worth it to have creature comforts. Thanks Dalton. You won my business.

My parents' air conditioner went out when, with the heat index, the temperature was 110 degrees. Dalton's sent out a repairman very quickly and, when they needed a new unit installed, they brought out a couple of portable units and set them up. They put a new unit in the next day, and left the portables one more night. This company was timely, efficient, caring, and customer service oriented-they went above and beyond in this situation and did an excellent job! Thank you!!!

Can't say enough good things about Dalton's. My aging 5 ton system needed replacement and after pricing the local guys here in Johnson County, I decided to check with Dalton's following a recommendation from two co-workers. Response was faster, no B.S. and price was 10% less for a larger and more efficient system. They knocked out the full system in a day, and while my previous unit struggled to keep up on hot days, two weeks in the heat so far and the temp hasn't budged. The system is much quieter too, I can barely tell it's even running unless it's really hot out and I leave the shades open to the south. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Dalton's Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by my neighbor and he did not disappoint. My AC unit was having issues keeping my upstairs cooled off on the super hot days. I was able to schedule my appointment online and a service tech was out quickly. Dalton was very thorough and figured out the issue and was able to fix it right away. He even offered recommendations for me to look into to help keep the 2nd floor of the house cooler. I will definitely use him in the future and I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
