We had a great experience with Kendrick & O'Dell Landscape. They were wonderful to work with and their work was of the highest quality!

The employees do not know how to park

Emailed 3 separate occasions and called and left 3 voicemails. Never was able to speak with anyone. I received one email response stating they would get back to me in a few days then no other response. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

We contacted this company about designing and implementing landscaping for our home. We were told that someone would come out, take pictures, turn it over to their landscaping architect and he would get back to us within a week or so. A man showed up - no camera. he said he was either Kendrick or O'Dell, I can't remember. He asked us a few questions about our area to be landscaped and said he would be back later to take some pictures as he had "forgotten" to bring it. Well, he never showed up again. We never heard from them again even after I left messages - never got anything other than a voicemail when I would call. So, I would say they are a completely unprofessional organization.

I'd steer clear of this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, don't return calls or do what they say they're going to do. They did a lovely job on our garden but planted trees that aren't for this climate and had to replace once already in just a couple years. Only time will tell if they come back this season. I'd highly recommend finding a more reputable landscaper and one you can trust.
