I am editing this review to state that a week later, we still don't have part to repair our AC. While I understand that parts may take a while to arrive (it's been over week), we have called repeatedly for the last three days, asking for update. Each day we have been told they don't know that ticket has not been updated. All I am asking is for communication and we can't seem to get call back stating reason, other than they don't know. Has part been ordered, has it even shipped, is it delayed somewhere?? Solid answer would be appreciated.

Love dealing with family owned and operated businesses. Orlando was our technician. He was very kind and professional. I was confident with his ability to solve our issue. He explained our options for the repairs in a way that I understand.

They were able to send Alex out for same day service. Very much appreciated considering the heat we are experiencing. Alex was wonderful to work with. Before entering the house, slipped his shoe booties on. Being a Star Wars fan was just icing on the cake! Would recommend this company 110%.

Alex Compton was at my house in a timely manner and fix my AC in a proper amount of time. Alex had a very positive attitude which made me feel comfortable dealing with him and my issue. I will use One Choice Mechanical again in the future. Great job Alex!

One Choice Mechanical was super helpful. Our AC was not working, so they came out and gave it a look. They were super professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Alex and Sean did their inspection and walked us through what happened (turns out changing your filter is more important than you think) and steps to fix if it happens again. Thank you, guys!

Everybody was great. Bri set up the appointment and was chill and professional at the same time. Bailey came out and assessed our old ac and recommended multiple solutions. CJ came out and installed the actual replacement. Everybody seemed like good people, I really appreciate them all. God bless.

AC went out due to bad capacitor, called one choice at 10pm and they scheduled to have service out at 8am. Great turn around for a non emergency and service was phenomenal. Alex compton came out was super friendly and helpful, had the unit up and running again in no time. Will keep using one choice for regular maintenance on my unit!

I had a One Choice Mechanical tech, Bailey, come today to check through my air conditioning unit since I just moved into this house. Though the bones of the unit checked out acceptable... the outdoor unit was extremely caked with yuck that Bailey eradicated...there had to be years of build up and he cleaned up the unit in the basement...he took pictures of everything he did and saw...he explained in detail the importance of the numbers he presented from his devices...I will call on One Choice, specifically Bailey, to do a seasonal checkup of the furnace in the fall...One Choice will be my go to HVAC answer going forward. Very satisfied and I recommend them without reservation.

I have no complaints with One Choice Mechanical. When we have a problem they come out within a day or two to take care of our problem. Their workers are knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with their service.

After getting quotes from numerous HVAC companies, choosing One Choice mechanical was just that, an easy choice! From my initial interaction with their sales professional Bailey Parker, who did an amazingly thoughtful job of putting together not only a highly competitive quote but he really went above and beyond in helping me select exactly the right equipment for my home. In working with Bailey I got the impression that everything was about simply getting me the best system for my house at the very best price. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had. He really helped me understand what my house needed and More importantly,didn't need. I've worked with lots of sales professionals and Bailey is among the best!

Within two days of placing my order Bailey had an amazing team at my house. Four of their team members showed up at my house led by their master technician Matt. He brought with him Eli, Chris and Nicholas. All of them were incredibly professional and took great care of my house. They did an amazing job with the installation staying till almost 8 PM to make sure everything was up and running properly. They made sure I understood everything about my system and Matt and his entire team were a pleasure to work with.

When it comes to Hvac there really is only "One Choice"!

I am so grateful to have found One Choice Mechanical! We came back home from a few days travel to find our house temperature over 10 degrees warmer than we normally have it. I reached out to OCM via their online form last night and was so pleased to have a rep reach out to me shortly thereafter. We were able to get on the books this morning, and they were communicative at every stage. Our rep Michael was friendly, funny, and thorough, helping me understand every step of the process of our AC repair. I've also been meaning to pull the trigger on annual maintenance and this was finally the push I needed! Looking forward to having more regular maintenance to have fewer emergencies like this. Good company that is easy to work with. Response times are good and they have always been able to get someone on site within 24 hours. The technician Chris has been great . He is thorough and clearly explains what is going on. He has been a pleasure to work with.

Excellent work and staff. Worked with me on getting a new system in immediately. Zack, Bryce and Raymond got it done within a day even though there were some surprises. Stayed late to make sure it worked thanks for the awesome work guys. Tommy did great when coming by to check on it a year later everything is great he was professional and clean walking into my house
