Mike had great communication, showed up exactly as indicated, and did great honest work. 100% satisfied with the service he provided and will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike has been to our house multiple times to perform a variety of repairs to our roof. Each time I contacted him he was able to come out within a day or two. He has identified faulty and missing shingles due to weather and replaced them. The damage was so extensive at one point it required a portion of the plywood to be replaced. We've had multiple issues with leaks that required Mike to access the attic to identify the source. He has replaced vent pipe boots, ridge vents, and flashing around the dormers. We live in a newer house, but apparently sub-contractor used for the roof was in a hurry to finish. Thankfully, Mike has been able to perform the repairs in a very timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. I COULD NOT RECCOMEND HIM MORE!

My roof was leaking. I called 3 different roofers to come out and take a look at it. Every single one of them said it needed to be replaced. I didn't have the money to get a brand new roof. My friend recommended I call Thompson Roofing.
He came out the same day and was able to identify the issue. Within 24 hours, my roof was fixed. Three years later, I have still had no issues whatsoever. I would use him again and definitely recommend him!

I had some issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of and received 4 estimates from roofers and handymen. Mike Thompson was the only one who didn’t try to a) scare me into installing a new roof or b) sell me services I didn’t need (sealing box gutters that had recently been sealed). He assessed the problems correctly and gave me a fair price. Communication about timing was impeccable.
I still had some minor issues after he did the repairs (not his fault, just wear and tear and previous sub-par work), so I texted him and he came out the next day to fix them free of charge. I highly recommend Thompson Roofing for any gutter and/or roof work in NKY.

We suffered some roof damage as a result of the wind from Helene recently. I called that day and spoke with Mike who came out the very next morning to assess and give an estimate. The quote was extremely fair and he schedule the work immediately after the rain ended. It couldn’t have been an easier to stress free process.
