Excellent work done installing water softening/filtration system and the Moen automatic shutoff valve. The installation was expertly done as can seen in this photograph. The build of the tubing with proper alignment shows that extra care was taken for the installation.

Glen and his helper were great! Best plumber I have used. Very professional and knowledgeable. We showed them the jobs needing done and he gave us estimates! They were able to take care of the problems with toilets same day! Backup plumbing will be our go to plumber from now on! Thanks!

I called Back up Plumbing this morning they were able to take care of my situation same day. Very courteous employee. Did not try to sell me anything. Very reasonable and I would definitely use them again if the need arises!

Marcus came out to check a leak in our laundry room ceiling that I suspected was coming from the upstairs shower. It was a super simple fix, and they charged me a very reasonable price for their time. This is the second time in a year I've used Backup Plumbing and I can't recommend them enough. Extremely prompt, polite, professional and very fair pricing. I will always call them first for any plumbing issues!

Great experience. They assessed what needed to be done. Next, they gave me the exact cost for each job needed. I had 2 issues. That included parts, labor, and taxes. Refreshing not to get a price, then find out later that there were a bunch of extra costs.

I decided to change my mind on one of the jobs, and without hesitation, he said that's fine. He took it off but saved it in their system for me at the same price if I decided to go forward with it.

They were so polite and respectful of my home. Complete cleanup of the area. Very courteous and answered any question I had. Let me watch everything they did. I actually learned a lot.

Backup is reasonably priced. They did a great job. My plumber was Markus, if I need anything in the future, I'll want Markus. Very professional and polite. He built a great rapport. I can't think of any negatives.

Backup Plumbing is installing a new water heater today. No more cold showers.
Update: Water Heater works wonderfully. Had a slight problem with a water line and the tech was back out and corrected it right away. Prompt response! Would definitely recommend

Andrew and Cameron are awesome. You guys did a great job installing a cleanout for me. I appreciate everything and you guys have a customer for life.

Replaced the water main line from just outside the meter box tjust outside the foundation. Quality work, no leaks, buried to spec depth, PEX line with inspection pipes. All done in one day including cover up of trench. Update: Had them back to troubleshoot septic drain backup. Cleared drain and identified broken pipe, so they’ll be back. Broken main drain to septic replaced and professionally installed with new clean out. Jobs well done.

you should very proud of having Evan manero as an employee,or you should be. He is courteous, quiet, tell you what's going on and not upset about animals bothering him.. He installed the water heater and decided it was the wrong one and made a trip back to lville to get another he arrived here at 11 and didn't leave until 6:30 making sure everything was done right and asking us if we had questions. he had another call to make after us. Please send him anytime!

Our water heater died and Backup Plumbing came, reviewed the situation and installed a new water heater the same day. Both Eric and Gage were wonderful - respectful of our property, efficient and professional.
