He addressed some usage ideas, like direction of ceiling fans for optimal comfort and corrected an air outlet that rattled, which to me was a value added benefit. All team members were polite, introducing themselves and bringing the items they were responsible for to my attention. Times between my initial call, your response, scheduling and completion were all minimal, no delays at all. I have no reservations about recommending your services to friends.

My AC went out over the weekend. I reached out late Monday to set up an appointment and was told Tuesday, weather permitting. On Tuesday, we had severe storms most of the day so they pushed my appointment to early Wednesday morning. The service tech arrived promptly in the time frame I was given and had our unit up and running quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely use Aces of Air again!
