Great job changing out my vent pipe boots. Very professional and prompt to get the work done.

Had a quick, easy, and great experience working with these men. I got a quote that day, and was scheduled with a repair date not long after. Any questions I had were answered. Pictures were taken of the completed job which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

They came and replaced my roof. They worked quickly and the entire process was pretty painless. Luis answered all questions promptly and patiently. If I ever have any other roof or construction needs, I will call them again.

Luis has been a blessing. Was referred to him from a friend when the storms hit and my properties had multiple damages. It is now my maybe 4th time using Luis and nothing but great things to say. He's very responsive, honest and punctual. I'm happy to have found him and plan to continue using him for my priorities.

Had them come out and install a pond side fenced in back yard. 6ft wooden with taper on both sides with 5ft aluminum on adjacent pond side with two gates. Absolutely amazed with the work they did and all done within a day. Work station areas clean at all times, and the quality of work was 10/10 by the end.

I had a small roof and fence repair job. EP Construction performed both in a very prompt , efficient and professional manner. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very reasonable fee! This is definitely the company to use with any roofing, framing, stucco and fence repair.

EXCELLENT, AND BEAUTIFUL: In my back yard I had a Beautiful 6 ft wooden fence with a side insert, and 4 ft steel post fence constructed by Luis Pacheco, and his cheerful team. After completion I walked into my back yard,
and could not tell that Hurricane Ida had visited my home. The back yard is gorgeous, and spacious. The fence debris, and everything else that were an eye sore, was removed. The work was professionally done. I Thank God for an Excellent job that reached beyond what I had imagined. Thanks Guys!

We used E. Pacheco Construction for our fence and roof. They came out when promised and were very professional. They finished the job in a timely manner. They do an amazing job on cleanup after as well -- I haven't found one roof nail on the ground yet. Highly recommend!

Luis came and repaired a leak in my roof. After finding the leak he quickly replaced the boot on one of the vents, also while he was up there he noticed several of the nails were rusting and needed sealant. That’s exactly the kind of roofing expert that I wanted , someone that if seeing something that may cause a problem later proactively fixing it. I’m so glad I called him and I highly recommend him and his company if you need roofing or repairs !
