Got in contact with Brian about building a house. Looked over house plans with him, found the plan we liked and made some changes to it. Brian got a new plan drawn up and once we approved he got right to work. His communication is unmatched! He let us know every thing that was being done and time frames for it all. If we had any questions he was quick to answer them! If I had to build a house again I would 10/10 go with Brian!

Absolutely the top builder in this area. Brian helps and is involved in every aspect of the project. Highly recommend.

I have had the opportunity to do business with Brian Davlin and Performance Construction numerous time and over a long period of time. I am on the lending side and I hear nightmare stories more often than I’d like but I can say that I’ve never had anyone unhappy with Brian’s work ethic or quality of work. We have used Performance for the last few years in the process of building our home . They have been amazing to work with from the concert foundation to the finishing touches of painting to cabinets to the trim out . Not to mention the concrete for our driveway , flake coating of our breezeway, rock on the outside of the house the list could go on including the pool house they had materials delivered for today , that they will start tomorrow even in these crazy low temperatures . Their work is wonderful and if you’ve seen it, it wil speak for itself . Brian and Zach are amazing to work with , regardless of what idea you have they find a way to make it happen. Truly a company that cares about their customers wants and needs . We cannot recommend them enough they are a one stop shop for all your construction needs .

Brian and his team do quality work. He goes out of his way to make sure the house is what the home owners want. He built my house in 58 days and the attention to detail was outstanding. Would recommed Performance for any construction needs you have!

Mr. Brian knocked it out of the park. Our slab was poured on the first week of may and we close in July. If that doesn’t say how efficient his work is I don’t know what does. He was quick to help with any changes we wanted to make and made the building process overall super easy for us. Between him and Yvonne it was a cake walk for us on making our decisions as they were always eager to help with any questions we had. They are awesome!

Brian and his crew did an amazing job! We got the house we have dreamed of and they got that done in about 4 months! From the financing to blueprints, all the way to landscaping, Brian walked us through the whole process! He had great ideas and was a wealth of knowledge. We are beyond thankful for him and his crew!
