Came same day. Great service. Fixed stuff that One Hour messed up and refused to warranty on our unit that is less than 2 years old.

Once again, FIXED came through in a big way. Our air went out Friday night. By Saturday morning, it was 84 degrees in the house. Called them at 8AM Saturday. They were there by 11, and by noon my A/C was running great. This is not the first time I have used FIXED and will not be the last. They are a great company and provide a great customer experience. Fixed to the rescue AGAIN!!! We have a very old air conditioning unit and Fixed came out last summer and took care of the repairs, and when something new broke this year, they came right back out and took excellent care of us again! We got a same-day appointment in JUNE (actually, within three hours)! When does that ever happen! Incredibly fast service, very knowledgeable, very courteous, VERY SATISFIED!! Thank you Fixed!

Professional, honest, and affordable. My HVAC system went down within a month of buying my house in 90 degree weather. I had a “home warranty” through the sale but American Home Shield was terrible— no responses, didn’t dispatch within a week of the house being over 90 degrees. I reached out to John at Fixed and he went above and beyond to provide a full system replacement that was within my budget and scheduled replacement promptly. I’ve never had an issue, the system was replaced in June 2018 — 7 years ago. Still thankful for a reliable company that I trust. John is a great person and business owner that cares about his clients and will go to bat for you.

I’ve had Fixed work on both my residential and commercial buildings. Most recently I had John out to quote me on replacing my hot water heater and replace with a tankless system. He talked me out of it. My hot water heater is not showing any signs of needing replacement regardless of its age. That’s an honest man right there. He did replace another hot water heater for me and the work was done the day after being looked at and the crew showed up on time and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
I won’t use anyone but Fixed for my HVAC.

Stay away from these guys - they will quote you one price and then bill you another. Anyone but these guys!

I have extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from !Fixed following the failure of the heat pump system I purchased from !Fixed two years ago.
While the initial installation appeared satisfactory, the unit itself has proven to be unreliable and significantly below the expected standard of quality.

The heat pump malfunctioned, leaving my family—including three children, two of whom have special needs (Autism)—without air conditioning during a prolonged period of extreme heat (temperatures consistently in the 90s, reaching over 100°F on several days).
This posed a serious health risk to our household.

The heat pump's failure occurred twelve days after the expiration of the two-year labor warranty. While I understand this, I find the subsequent handling of the repair unacceptable.
Despite !Fixed technicians diagnosing a faulty capacitor, and claiming to have a replacement on hand, I was presented with an ultimatum: pay $165 for the part immediately, foregoing the ten-year parts warranty, or wait 7-10 business days for the warranted part, incurring an additional $134 service charge for its installation. This situation felt like blatant exploitation, particularly given the urgent need for repair during the heatwave.

The discrepancy between the !Fixed technician claim of having a replacement part immediately available and your insistence that I either pay for it upfront or endure a significant delay, contradicts the excellent service you claim to provide.

My attempts to resolve this issue with your customer service and management teams have been met with complete silence.
This lack of communication and responsiveness further compounds my disappointment.

The substandard quality of the product and the subsequent deceptive practices are deeply concerning. I wouldn't definitely recommend not using this company. They took advantage of my family and in my opinion, they are crooks!
