Needed someone familiar with Bowie Levitt houses. I called midmorning and they were here by 2:45pm. They were very professional and thorough. The man found the problem, explained it to me in terms I understood and fixed it quickly. The cost was very reasonable. Best part, they were very conscientious about keeping my front door latched as they went in and out to the truck so that my cats didn't get out. I would definitely use them again.

Professional and appropriately friendly. Explains what they are doing. Recently, they upgraded my electrical service to include new wiring and circuit breaker panel. It was not easy given that the new breaker panel was replacing an old one and had to fit into an existing wall cabinet. The new electric cable was larger/heavier than the old one and had to be relocated lower along the side of the house. Excellent work and clean up.

We got an estimate for electrical work that required some creativity and the job was done superbly. The team was Tim and Anthony - they were very professional, competent, superbly polite, and creative. Would definitely hire them again!

He explained all of the work (replaced the transformer; installed security light and replaced my ring doorbell. He was very patient with this Senior lady.☺️ I much appreciated this young man!

The fluorescent light fixture in the walk in closet suddenly died last night. Called
Birckhead Electric this morning, they advised someone would be here between 2 & 4 today if possible if not then tomorrow. They were here even before 2pm ! Fixture was replaced & I can once again see what’s in there. Prompt & courteous service at a reasonable price. Very happy with the work done —!

The service was A1!! They don’t try to hurt your pocket! Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and clean! My new electric company for sure!!

My technician Charlie was punctual and professional. Communication was excellent as well as the service. Install for (4) Z wave switch install took about 45 minutes. Even had a mini vac to clean up after the mess. Would definitely use again.

Was able to get multiple questions answered in a very timely manner regarding my electrical panel. Called on a Monday and was scheduled for Wednesday, but in the meantime they had me send pictures of my electrical panel so they could start assessing it. I appreciated the constant communication leading up to my appointment. Very nice guys! Tim and Chris were both very helpful!

The tech who did work at my residence was Daniel. He is a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable did a great job of answering my questions and explaining how to achieve the results for which I was seeking. His uniform was clean and in good condition. He was ready to work and did not have to continually go to his work truck whcih was well organized. He was on time. One of the rules I always followed was leave the work area in as good if not better conditon than you found it. He did a awesome job of clean up! I will certainly be calling Birckhead again. Thank you for the great service.

Daniel was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He cleaned up everything when he finished. He fixed all of the items on my list and made a valuable suggestion to resolve one of the issues.

Tim was on time and very professional. The diagnostic was done well and was priced fairly. He wore a mask and shoe covers. I am happy with his work. I highly recommend this company. Great manager at Birckhead Electric too! Thank you. ☺

Daniel did an excellent job. He contacted me when he had an opening and was able to come earlier than expected. He was able to troubleshoot the power systems and identified other issues I wasn't aware of. Very thorough. After he finished he explained all of the work he completed and why he did things a certain way. The prices were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the help I received I will be using them for future electrical service.

Dan did an outstanding job installing a GFI outlet in my garage under the circuit breaker panel.

Tim & Anthony did an excellent job on installing my ceiling fan that wasn’t as easy as it should have been. Tim made the impossible, possible and I’m very happy with it. They covered my furniture and cleaned up behind themselves. All this in a timely manner.

Quick to get scheduled. Great comparable prices and customer service (I had 4 electricians come out and give me estimates and they were one of two that did not try to sell me more than I needed or wanted to get done). Highly recommend!! I had a panel upgrade from 100-200 amp done to my home.

Customer friendly and customer service oriented, answered my question and explained what was being done. Very pleased with end results.

Brickhead Electric came quickly when I called and repaired the wiring to my water heater. The original installation had been completed by a plumber who did fine with the plumbing but not so good with the electrical.
