I have a hill in front of my property that had an overgrowth of weeds and vines around and in front of my azaleas. The azaleas had also grown out of shape. Beside the house, forsythia had grown as tall as the windows. JA Alvarez Landscaping removed all the weeds and excess growth, trimmed, and mulched my plants. The hill now looks so neat and fresh that it looks like a completely different place! The trimmed and rounded azaleas and forsythia look beautiful! Thank you for doing a great job, as usual!

We used their services for a Backyard clean up and mow. They were on time and did a fantastic job on a very overgrown backyard. We are very happy with the results!

Cut tree limbs away from my and my neighbor's house. Cleaned up behind themselves very nicely. Communicated with my neighbor about accessing their yard. They made sure nothing was damaged. Gave me a reasonable price based on other estimates.

I was in a rush to get my parents' home listed for sale. I used Google to find Juan, and I'm so happy with the results. The house had trees touching the roof and overgrown bushes everywhere. Juan provided me with a quote and three business days later, the work is complete. He is efficient, professional, experienced, and kind. He removed several trees, trimmed large, heavy branches, and trimmed big bushes that made the property unsightly. The property looks spacious and neat now. I'm very happy with his work. I highly recommend his services.

J. A. Alvarez Landscaping came to my home today to remove growing weeds, clean out a flowerbed, and remove two crepe myrtle bushes. They also trimmed another two crepe myrtles and they look fantastic. My yard looks so much better and I was amazed by how quickly they worked. I would unconditionally recommend this company and will be using them again for future jobs.

JA Alvarez trimmed a tree of mine. It was a huge tree and would have been a difficult job for a less skilled arborist. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend JA Alvarez Landscaping. Since winter, I have neglected to take care of my front and back yard. In that time, huge, thick branches from my neighbor's tree fell into my back yard. I used JA Alvarez in the past for my yard work and maintenance, so I knew I could count on Juan to do a great job and get my yard looking presentable again. I called Juan for a quote for a spring cleanup (to include removal of all the tree branches) and he was able to stop by and give me a quote the next day. And then he was able to get the work completed the day after that! I felt the price quoted was very fair, especially for the amount of work required to remove all the tree branches (which were thicker than I had thought). JA Alvarez Landscaping will also be coming by regularly to mow and maintain my yard. Again, I highly recommend JA Alvarez Landscaping.
