Excellent service

Lent me window A/C units until parts came in!

Friendly and quick service the few times we've needed them.

I have used Krause Heating and Air for my heater and air conditioner. What I love is the timeliness and their honesty. The technician told us exactly what we needed and did not try to sell us. Superb!

One night last week it started to feel warm in our house. The thermostat climbed to 83 degrees on one of these muggy humid hot nights in bel air. My wife and I checked everything and it seemed to be working. It still felt hot and we have two babies whose temperatures in their rooms continued to climb. We found Krause through a neighbor. My wife called Larry late at night. He did not have to but he walked her through a series of steps to cool down the house. Called back 30 min later to see if it worked. They continued to chat for a 2-3 hour span checking every 30 min or so. Long story short Larry got us through the night with cool air. Then the next day first thing sent two technicians over to check out the whole system. His service and commitment is unparalleled. No question Larry and his company are the real deal. We will use him and his company for all our hvac and heating needs. My very best thanks to Larry and his team.

I've used Krause twice and couldn't be happier with their service. The technician was polite, professional, explained everything he was doing and why, and most importantly, they are HONEST. I will definitely continue to use them.

This place never disappoint s. Always able to address the biggest issues! I use them for my home and now my mother's place. They addressed my mom's issue with top professionalism and helped me find a difficult part for mini split system!

Called Krause HVAC on a Saturday evening and spoke with Dan regarding an AC issue. Krause has serviced our HVAC system in the past and Dan was AWESOME! Rather than going straight to an emergency service call, he walked us through a check list with our system to help us resolve the issue over the phone. These guys are all about great customer service and not just about making money - we will continue to use Krause HVAC and we highly recommend them to others. Real pros!

Had an emergency no heat call placed about 9am Saturday morning. The call was answered right away by one of the owners. Mr Krause gave me the option of sending a technician out for an emergency service call or to help walk me through figuring out why the furnace wouldn't light prior to sending a technician. He literally walked me through everything as if he was sitting right there. Now I understand working on your own furnace like that isn't for most but the fact that he took the time to get our heat back up & running then & there, without profit is rare in today's world. Customer service is certainly not lost at Kruase!

John and Dan came by to assess our unit. They were very friendly and helpful. They helped us choose a unit based on what we need and not based on them making a profit by selling us a bunch of things we dont need.

We had no heat and called for service—Dan arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything working again fast. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the repair clearly. Great pricing and great service. Highly recommend. Will be calling them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

Dan handled our estimate and did an excellent job walking us through all the options for our brand-new indoor and outdoor units. He laid out every choice available and then explained what he thought would work best for our home. His guidance was incredibly helpful.
Kenny completed our installation, and he was fantastic—kind, trustworthy, and extremely skilled. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and finished everything in a timely manner. He was careful to protect our home, laying down cloths in his work areas to avoid any damage. Sam, who assisted him, was also very kind and communicative.
All in all, Krause was amazing, and we couldn’t be more grateful that we chose them. We’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future home needs!

Have had a service contract for my HVAC/furnace for 16 years after purchasing it from Krause, along with two water heaters, gas fireplace, install, and other assorted work over the years. Had my annual inspection three weeks ago, Saturday went to turn on the furnace after a cold snap and fan would not come on. Monday morning I called for service as a priority. Customer, was told Told him it would be Friday for a regular appointment or they could come out today during business hours as an emergency service for $375 an hour. No more business for Krause and canceling my annual contract. times have changed.
