This review is long overdue! My mom needed a new chimney liner and repairs at the flashing. We were mainly worried about finding a trustworthy chimney sweep with a good reputation and not getting overcharged. The team was fantastic! Even though it poured rain on the day of the appointment, Nathaniel still showed up to take care of some work inside the house. The following day, they called to let us know they could come over since a lift became available for the outside job. Nathaniel and his crew put in a new liner, fixed the leak at the flashing, cleaned out several dead birds, and finished it off with a great-looking chimney crown. Nathaniel even showed us before and after photos of the chimney! These folks really care about the quality of their work, and now I feel much better knowing my mom is safe in her home without any worries about carbon monoxide.
