I'm in Alx. VA - Found these folks by calling Scotsman direct. Had 2 local vendors out 1st who could not solve the problem w/ my 2 yr old Scotsman DCE33. All Things team had it running like new in an hour. Would defn. call them again for this machine and others.

This is one of best in the business. Freezer fan motor had died, had to be replaced. Eddie went to toshop and found the part I needed for the job. No lost groceries either. I highly recommend this small family own company.

Eddie is the BEST!! When Eddie installed my heat pump 4 yrs ago, he gave me the best price on a unit with install and was super professional the entire time. This morning I called Eddie bc my thermostat was off and the heat pump was not working. He now has an emergency number! yay! and he was able to walk me through a series of dx tests. We figured out that the water safety valve needed to be reset (I bumped it last night), and within a few mins, my thermostat and heat pump are now working great again! Thank you Eddie for helping me long after the install! esp. on a super cold day... and on a holiday weekend!

Eddie put in a new heat pump for me. He and his team were professional, polite, and my house was left neat and tidy without bits and pieces left lying around. All members of the team were very willing to teach me what I needed to know about my new system, and to answer my multiple questions. The cost was exactly what his estimate said it would be. My new Carrier heat pump is WONDERFUL, my house has never been this comfortable!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. My fridge wasn't working, and after contacting two other companies that never got back to me, I called them and Eddie came out within 30 minutes! He was only able to do a temporary fix on the spot so we scheduled an appointment for the next week. After he heard the appointment time, he decided to come after hours the next day and help us so our food didn't go bad. Prices were very reasonable and he was extremely friendly. I won't use anyone else after this!

Eddie has been out to service the AC unit at our business multiple times. He is professional, knowledgeable and quick. We will 100% use All Things Air & Ice for all future service calls and/or replacements needed.

I reached out to All Things Air & Ice for repair on my mini fridge. We have had it for several years and it served us well. As the tech called to give his ETA he took the time to share with me his experience with my unit. His complete honesty and concern for me as a customer was great appreciated. He educated me on the best approach to take and my wife and I agreed.
Although he did not service our unit, he created a new customer because of his honesty and concern for our situation.
It is very good to find a company that really cares about people. We will definitely refer them to others and use them again!

Eddie and crew came by for a warranty repair on our refrigerator. They proactively got us an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. They were fast and responsive. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about All Things Air & Ice! I called about an issue with my Scotsman ice maker, expecting to schedule a service appointment. Instead, they immediately brought in a technician to ask a few more questions over the phone. He patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and to my surprise, we were able to fix the issue right then and there, at no charge!

The entire team was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond when they could have easily just scheduled a visit and charged me for a repair. Because of this experience, they have earned my trust, and I will absolutely be calling them for any future issues.
