Constantly making mistakes on equipment orders and pricing. Not very friendly at the counter and watching television. Is this the best you can do Carrier?

Do you guys purposely not answer the phone after 330? Your open til 4. Do your job until 4. If it’s policy to not answer after a certain time please let me know so I don’t waste my time on hold just for no one to come to the phone.

It doesn't matter when you arrive to unload, they can smile and lie to your face for over 30 hours, and soon we'll give you a place. If you have another load from this place, you'll be unloaded quickly. If not, they'll unload you for 30 hours. You leave your documents on the table, they look at which pallet has the fewest and unload it. It's a disgusting place, and the workers will smile to your face while mocking you.

No matter the time of day the experience high calls. But I go inside and it’s empty. Lazy manager just horrible. Need new management

Covid 19 has them a mess.
Short staff. Don't believe it when they say they will call u back. Don't try chat. Stay on hold for hour.

Too bad his gys i am waiting 7hr not starting unloading

I am a contractor and called several times to get quotes on new equipment. Sat on hold then was taken off hold and hung up on. Happened on 9/26.

They put you constantly on phone and never pick up and eventually hang up on the customer.
Friday 7/29 4-4:30 was on hold and twice they hung up on me.

The branch manager Jaime is rude and very defensive about mistakes he makes. Our company will not use this branch as long as he is there.

Bought a heat pump a year ago, came to find out that it’s airhander is only supporting cooling, which defeats the purpose. Tryin to reach the management team no one cares. Mind you it’s a commercial unit cost me over 23000.00$ but carrier and ce enterprise is giving me the ru. Around and to take responsibility.

She deserves 0 stars mistreatment of clients does not help you in any way, a woman called Tamica is an abusive woman, she should be fired, a business does not work like that, treating people badly and humiliating them like that, not even treating animals like she treats people
