Jorge came over to diagnose a clog/backup/overflow that I feared was damage to the sewer line. He presented multiple solutions for addressing the problem in the initial consultation, and we went with a conservative and cost friendly option that resolved the issue quickly. He was honest and up front about everything from work, to solutions to pricing (quoted me ranges over the phone before even getting to the site). I'm glad I met him and have such a honest, well-equipped plumber on-call for any future plumbing problems or emergencies.

George has been helping us with our home and rentals. He is fair, reliable, knowledgeable, and very honest. It's rare nowadays to have someone you can just call on and trust that issues will be resolved properly.

I've used Jorge four or five times to address random plumbing issues from leaks to sump pump replacement. He is very professional, and I've never have had an questions that he is giving me a fair price for his service. He's careful to only make cuts where needed and leaves the place cleaner than when he arrives. Today he fixed my leaking toilet and threw in a new flapper while he was here. I've already given it a test drive and it's working like brand new.

My wife and I have used Jorge for many of the plumbing incidents in our home and have been left more than satisfied every time. When we had a mysterious leak from upstairs, he went above and beyond resolving the issues. he is extremely hardworking, reliable, knowledgeable, snd trustworthy. If I could give George more than five stars, I would! We discovered an issue with our hot water heater on a Sunday morning, messaged him, and he was at our door ready to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes. You just don’t get that type of immediate service anywhere else.

Not only was he fast, but he was also fair, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even took the time to teach me what to do for future maintenance. George is officially our go-to guy—he’s truly the best!
