all i can say is OMG! i have paid so much money to so many people, but when i called Narfix my AC unit was fixed in less than 30 min! This nice guy was on his job and knew exactly what to do! Narfix will now be my PRIMARY AC service/repair

Solid contractor focused on helping folks vs making a big sale. Repeat customer here because he isn’t trying to cheat you, and is always willing to figure it out at a reasonable cost.

Helped with a few other issues we had too in an emergency.

- cleaned the furnace and removed the mold issues. We were getting dirty air and it was making us sick.
- added a check valve per our inspection needs
- always flexible and informed on what to do

Quick response time for AC failure
In the middle of a brutal overtime week, the owner showed up and in 15 min identified a broken electronic part on the outdoor unit, replaced it, and our AC was back in business. Wonderful gentleman

After using another pro from thumbtack that tried to get me to replace my HVAC entirely, I hired this company for a second opinion. He came on time, really nice and easy to talk to, in minutes he figured out the problem and fixed my unit. He was honest and very fair in price. I will definitely keep this company on call for future HVAC stuff.

My A/C was stop working two weeks ago during the extreme heat warning. My home warranty service / insurance/ sent my repair work to seers (the worst company in twon)and they schedule in one week. After diagnosis they reschedule in two weeks to order part but never show up. Finally I start searching best contractor and I found NARFIX heating and cooling. Easy to book online. I booked Thursday Nas. came Friday morning and after he diagnose he left promising me to come back the next day with part despite his busy schedules. To my surprise he came back the same day around 9 pm when he supposed to go home to rest after a long busy day. He fixed my A/C. He is a good hearted person. Remember I called different contractors before but some not answer, some of them say available schedule is in a week or two.I can't say thank you enough to Nas. Thank you again.

Where do I begin with Mr. Narciss’ services? Before meeting him, my AC unit broke down each summer. But since hiring NARFIX, I do not have those problems anymore. He’s very affordable, kind, and most importantly - highly skilled. My family highly recommends him for all your HVAC needs! I promise you won’t regret it!

Absolutely fabulous and VERY nice person - the kind of person you want to give business to, so are super glad when they are also very good at what they do. The owner came out to do an estimate (our second) and he tested everything, answered my questions, explained what was going on, and what we needed to fix. He gave me a flat rate for the installation cost, and it as far as I can tell he didn't upcharge the parts he needed (his pricing was similar to what I found online for what they should cost).

He came out the day *after* the other place sent someone out, he had his estimate to me the next day, and (after I agreed) fixed it the day after that. The first place didn't give me their (inflated) estimate until the morning NARFIX came out to fix it.

The other place not only said the blower cost would be about $600 more than NARFIX got it for, but tried to say we needed a whole new furnace (and we have a really good furnace and it looks brand new and has worked flawlessly until the power surges the other night).

The AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days. I called around 10 a.m., and they were able to send a technician by 2:30 p.m. The issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed, and the AC is now working perfectly. Really appreciated the prompt and efficient service!

By far, the easiest repair service to work with. He is really responsive, accommodating, professional and hard working. I was running late due to work and he still fit me in to take care of our issues on the same day. I will be using him exclusively in the future. Don't hesitate to use this company.
