We needed the pitch on our water heater fixed in order to get our home serviced by RISE. Alex was able to fit us into his schedule and did an amazing job to get our tank to pass. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for any issues you may have.

Woke up to water flooding my basement, called them without committing to going with their company. They walked me through how to shut my water off so my basement wouldn’t keep filling with water. They gave have military discount available, which helped with the price.

Our Central Air Conditioning unit was literally falling to pieces, and simply not working anymore as it was intended. Of course the failure occurred just before a heat wave in June...I called maybe 10 companies, all of which (including Alex) were booked out approximately a week and a half to a month. Despite this, Alex made us a priority and came out the same day of our phone call to assess our system and provide his professional assessment. Long story short, our unit needed to be replaced due to its age and the fact that it was rotting from the inside out. Barnett Heating and Cooling get five stars from us, they are professional, responsive, pleasant to speak with, came in below the original quote, and completed the work in the time frame promised. We hope to have secured a plumber for the long term! I would recommend Barnett H&C to anyone.

I first went through Barnett Heating & Cooling through my warranty provider for a re-occurring issue with my heating system that 3 different people/companies already looked at and supposedly fixed it. The first time Barnett Heating & Cooling came out he knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it. Barnett Heating and Cooling is very knowledgeable and he keeps it strictly professional. I am now looking into his Service Agreement on top of my home warranty through Choice Warranty due to the fact his responses are speedy and he will not leave you with out. He works with you to get it fixed. I recommend him to all home owners and landlords.

My central AC unit wouldn’t work just before July 4th weekend. Alex came out on the 3rd and repaired the wiring but learned that the unit itself was no good. He immediately got on the phone, found that the replacement unit was in stock. I got a quote then. The quote was found to be reasonable so I had Alex do the work. Within a couple of days I was back up and running. Alex is pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Barnett hvac.

Mr. Barnett rescued me from a plumber who had me spend thousands and left the job unfinished. Mr. Barnett was very responsive, knowledgeable and displayed enormous compassion to my monstrosity of a problem. He was very polite and professional. Took care of the problem immediately as promised. It's a rare commodity to find an honest contractor who will do the job, clean up the mess they make and not overcharge you. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I got. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his service.

I have been using Barnett HVAC for almost fifteen years now. Most recently, my furnace shut down because the company that I employed to insert a new flue liner in my chimney Inserted a liner that was too small, causing both the chimney and the furnace to become clogged with soot. Mr. Barnett not only convinced the company on my behalf to install a larger flue liner, he also worked overtime to clean the furnace and restore it to working condition as quickly as possible. I could not be more grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend Barnett HVAC to anyone seeking a responsible and reliable HVAC company.

3rd time using Barnett and have not been disappointed once. Alex is very knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing. Very busy time if the year for HVAC companies and on the date of my appointment, he was stuck on another job yet still showed up to get our boiler up and running at a time most people would have called it a day and rescheduled. Highly recommend Alex.

Alex was of great help fixing my heat. I had struggled fixing it for a while unsuccessfully, and he came in pointed right to a small issue that was faulty and fixed it within minutes. I was expecting him to charge a pretty penny like most people do these days, but to my surprise, he didn't charge me . Greatly recommended if you want quality honest work, and a professional who won't be trying to drain your bank unnecessarily.
