I've been working with Rhino Rooter for my home's plumbing needs for a couple of years. They are always pleasant, communicative, and most importantly honest. I can always count on them to take care of the issues on a timely basis and for those issues to be resolved during a single visit. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend hiring them for your plumbing needs.

Our bathroom faucet was leaking and we called David, who was very responsive and came over within an hour despite the late hour(8pm!) and helped us turn off the water supply to that sink. David was very professional and helped give us different options on ways to either fix or replace our faucet. Highly recommended!

Owner came out and cleared a clogged and greasy kitchen drain couple of hours after I called! The job was difficult, but was done very professionally and quickly. Owner also repaired the broken pvc plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Rhino Rooter for nearly 20 years to unclog our kitchen drain and to periodically clear our sewer line of tree roots. David and his team are super reliable and do excellent work. Indeed, they have done jobs that other plumbers refused to do.

This is the second time I have used Rhino Rooter (David) to clean out the main sewer line in my house over the last several years. I messaged him on Monday and he responded fairly quickly. We set up an appointment for the following day. He showed up on time (may even a few minutes early) and got right to work. He is very personable which makes working with him very easy. We needed the main sewer line cleaned out under the house, because it was backing up through a basement drain. Called in the morning (Saturday) and David was there by noon. He figured out pretty quickly what the problem was and fixed it promptly. All I expect from service pros is promptness, friendliness and a reasonable price - I got all 3 this time. David is a super nice guy and responds quickly. He came to unblock a drain for me on a Saturday and it was done well. Unfortunately his motorized snake scuffed my wood floor in front of the sink. He immediately offered to send a floor guy over (Roberto) who showed up the next day and looked it over. He procured the right finish and then a few days later returned and did the work. No charge, as promised. So David is a man of his word and that is a rare thing these days. I would use Rhino Rooter again and I would recommend David anytime.

I own a a house for the last five year and I have used David to serve my needs he is reliable , quick , clean , kind , honest and reasonable price I highly recommended to use his service
