  This company ruined one of our area rugs. The young man seemed clueless about cleaning as he kept talking to his manager on the phone about what to do. He left huge brown stains on the carpet, where previously there were none. I have contacted the company twice through their telephone service and the manager has not called me. Therefore I have stopped my payment. Clearly I would not recommend using them.

  Jace was the best, he understood what I needed and he even moved my furniture and cleaned behind I am so glad with my results! My building smell so good and look good too! Awesome job Jace. pleasant as well! I am telling all of my good good girlfriends to request him to because he's a very efficient guy!

  Due to my own fault, they were able to reschedule me. Cole did a superb work on my carpets! He was able to get up some pesky pet stains. My carpets look brand new! recommended!

  we had an absolutely amazing experience with kevin's carpet cleaning service! following some water damage in our beverly home and subsequent restoration, we required the carpet pad to be replaced and the carpet to be re-tacked. on speaking with jerry, we were promptly scheduled for the next available slot. the team, including charles and pedro, arrived exactly on time, showcasing their incredible professionalism. they executed their tasks in an outstanding manner. it was evident that they had been with the service for several years, reflecting their job satisfaction and dedication to deliver excellent service. now, we're all set for a comprehensive carpet cleaning once our home repairs are concluded. plus, their pricing is extremely competitive - it's truly a double victory. we can't recommend them enough!

  i want to express my gratitude to the team for the excellent job they did cleaning my five large area rugs. my husband and i were amazed at how vibrant the colors became and how effectively the stains were removed. although i was informed that the undersides might not look great due to pet stains, i was pleasantly surprised to see they only had light marks. the service provided was fantastic, especially how kevin skillfully brought back and arranged the rugs just where we wanted them. his dedication to getting the round area rug set up perfectly with the new under-pad showcased his professionalism. he even took the time to cut the under-pad so it fit flawlessly all around. i really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took with each rug. the new under-pads not only look good but also feel great underfoot. it's wonderful not having to worry about rug slippage on my freshly waxed hardwood floors, and i love the comfort they provide when walking on them. i’m excited about having cleanable under-pads with a lifetime warranty. thank you for being patient while we dealt with my husband’s medical treatments and our daughter's wedding. your understanding in holding onto the rugs until we were ready to receive them meant a lot. i will definitely choose this service again for my future carpet cleaning needs.

  it's not often you find a carpet cleaning service that does such an outstanding job you can't think of anything they could do better. we recently had kevin's carpet cleaning service clean the carpets and area rugs in both of our homes. the schedulers were very friendly and helpful, and the team that came—jerry and charles at one house and wayne and charles at the other—were more careful than anyone we've ever had before. they sent us a text with their photo and when to expect them. when they arrived, they took great care to protect our home, using guards around the stair posts and corners, and placing little pads under every chair and table leg after cleaning. they moved our furniture very carefully. they even checked the mats under our area rugs and let us know which ones might need replacing soon, while saying some were still in good shape. when they brought back the rugs, they asked if i wanted the rug placed to show off the lighter or darker side, which i didn’t even realize was an option! the next day, one of the schedulers called to make sure we were happy with the cleaning. we will definitely use this service from now on!

  the rug I brought in had been outside for a long time, with lots of dirt and a little bit of mildew, but it was still a nice 5 x 7 tropical print. charles let me know when it was ready, just like we talked about. when I got it home and put it down, I was really impressed with how clean it looked—such a big change from before. I highly recommend Kevin's Carpet Cleaning Service for their good customer service and top quality work.

  Wonderful experience with the carpet cleaning service. The technician, Pedro, did an exceptional job on all our area rugs. Charles was very helpful when I called for a quote and scheduled the appointment, patiently answering all my questions. I appreciated the reminder call the day before, and Pedro called 20 minutes ahead of his arrival. He showed up on time, wore a mask and shoe covers while inspecting the rugs. He provided a clear cost breakdown before starting the cleaning. Pedro was very professional and responsible, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. Notably, the padding stayed dry after the rug cleaning, and the wooden floors underneath the rugs were also dry, making it perfectly safe for the floors. The rugs were not overly wet after the cleaning, and there was absolutely no smell! I even had scotch guard treatment applied to two of my large area rugs (12x14) to protect against pet stains, and again, there was no smell. Excellent service all around!
