The main line in my house was completely clogged and I called ART ,The technician was very informative and he guided me on how the problem emerged and how he was going to fix it. they were very responsive ,very professional and really nice people over all . . I highly recommend them ; they're based out of Braintree but had no problem coming to Winthrop .

A great experience. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Total pros. Javier explained what was happening to my sewer line and how to prevent future problems. Overall a better experience than any of the chains that I've had to work with. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

This was the best servise i've experience in years from any company.I called and spoke with Javier who told me he would be there 10-15 minutes.He came and was so professional and polite.He finished the job in a timely manner and it was perfectly done! On his way out he even took the time to wipe some water up on the floor of the entrence he was using. Just a nice respectful guy all around:) Thank You Javier i will be calling you soon for other jobs i need done:)

Amazing! Javier went out of his way to help. At 8 pm, we discovered the main water valve to house was leaking-a lot! Found Javier via google and called. He talked us through what needed to be done that evening. He even collaborated with the DPW to ensure we were ok for the night. Showed up first thing next morning and replaced the valves. What great customer service and all for a reasonable price. We have used his services again and the quality cannot be beat.

Javier is the man! He helped me out in a big way unclogging a sewer line that had backed up in our three family home in Quincy. He came quickly and unclogged the line and attached two new 4" cleanouts. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable. We would use him again in a heartbeat! 5 Stars!!

Such great service! Called re existing French drain issues. Chose the wait list. Was given an appt in less than 2 hours. Javier and co-worker cleared my whole system within the time frame quoted. He gave me great advice about areas that need attention. Fair pricing and exactly what was quoted. I will call them again.

I called up ART for a clogged laundry drain. Those dudes came by right away. Both folks who showed up were super nice and professional. They explained what they were doing, did it quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. Highly recommended! Very impressed by the whole service and will definitely use again!

A.R.T has been the best plumbing service I have ever contacted! They were super responsive, quick, and efficient. I had a leak in my basement (rotten pipe), that has never gotten properly fixed. Previous companies/family friends would delay the process and/or leave a mess for me to clean up. A.R.T responded to my call and came to complete an evaluation within an hour. AN HOUR! The technicians were very professional, kind, organized AND very clean. They spotted the rotten pipe, dug into the ground and got right to it. Everything was done within the same day! THANK YOU A.R.T !! Will never call another company again for any form of plumbing.

Called ART drain service based on great reviews on google, I had a sink drain clogged that I tried to unclog with a snake with no luck. The technician showed up on time, wore a mask to be safe, was very professional and did a great job. The technician was very neat, he explained what he was going to do, unclogged the pipe quickly, cleaned up and was on his way. Highly recommend ART drain service.

Had a great experience with this company. Had a backed up drain that i couldnt fix myself because it was clogged with grease in the main drain past the clean out. I called them around 10 am and was able to come by 2 pm same day. With further inspection that they were able to show me with their camera we found out that it was also clogged with roots from a tree. They were able to clear the drain with a hydro jet within two hours. It would have been faster if we did not find the roots and my water pressure was low. But i am glad we did find the roots which was about 50feet in my drain and he also gave me a solution for my low water pressure which is great because i thought i was going to spend thousands on digging up my yard and replacing my line coming into the house. Overall great people to do business with.

Javier responded to an after hour emergency at my home and I was very impressed with how quick they arrived. My bathroom tub was backing up and he explained what the problem was and fixed it. He told me my hand sink was also clogged and fixed that as well. Overall very professional and extremely happy with his service. Highly recommend and will call again for future problems.

Highly recommend and agree with all the reviews below. My mom's basement drain in Quincy was backed up and Jen squeezed in an night appointment for my mom to get ahead of the coming weekend snow storm. Javier and Octavio came precisely on time and fixed the backlog with a jet and snake. Javier explained what was causing the backlog to my mom. They then jet cleaned, vacuumed & disinfected all the surrounding areas, appliances, and fixtures. I really appreciate this and want to thank them for how well they cleaned the area because my mom is very sensitive to smells and is quite elderly. Javier even fixed a separate unrelated leak he found. I called a couple other services and ART was the quickest to respond and gave a really competitive quote. If you can explain what you need on the phone, they gave me an estimate on the phone (which I found some others refused to do). If you need drain or plumbing services in the South Shore, I highly recommend Art Drain Cleaning Services.

Once again, ART was there when I needed them. When purchasing a new home, there are always a few things you’re not expecting, and having a shower drain not work properly is never a good one. When it is time to call in a professional, ART is always the first call I make. Not only did they pick up my call right away, I was also immediately scheduled in.

On time, professional, equipped for the job, getting the job done with no time wasted, and leaving the place cleaner than it was upon arrival. These are all reasons why I confidently call ART for any of my plumbing needs. I can’t begin to thank them enough for everything they do!

Came on the same day to find out the cause of water backup in the basement. Charged for camera inspection and left but did not return to the house for an estimate of pipe repair as promised!

We are a hotel and the owner of ART promised us that if we give them the big job which was to replace our sewer lines they will help us with any plumbing issues and we have them job which was well over $25K, and once the job was completed they promised us that they will come and inspect after several months which they never did. They never responded to my email, calls, text or any of my messages, and 4 of our toilets have been clogged since they did the job and never came back to fix or look at it. In fact when they left we had half a dozen rooms the water kept running for several days and one bath tub damaged as well! The owners are only interested in big jobs they will never come and do small jobs or service your small issues or problems!

DUSHONEST ME!!! Seriously you completed the job last year in November of 2021, and we still have issues with 4 rooms and the check you sent me for the damages by your employee was received 2 weeks ago, after 8 months and after dozens of texts and calls and begging you, look who is talking!

Also, you called the hotel yesterday and threatening my staff and telling her that you’re going to sue me FOR WHAT? Because I gave you my honest review, don’t call the hotel because you are writing bad things about me, you did not do the job right!
