Our baseboard water pipe burst and called about 10 companies before stumbling on LaMattina's on the BBB website, no one could come out. Within the hour, Bob was at our house, detected the exact location of the water leak and fixed it. You can tell Bob takes pride in his work and gave us a very reasonable bill at the end. Highly recommend the company.

I highly recommend Bob! I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It was an all around wonderful experience working with Bob on my home project. He is very responsive with communication too! What lovely person. Do not hesitate to call upon Bob.

this is second time we have use LaMattina Plumbing & Heating and I would call them 100 times more. in 2019 they replaced our water heater and this past time they repaired a water pipe to an outdoor water supply. Great work, always accommodating and nice crew of guys reasonably price. Happy Customer :)

Replaced our Tankless Water Heater.

And I can’t say enough good things about Bobby!! My wife and I had family in town for Thanksgiving week when out tankless water heater intermittently stopped working and was actually leaking. Not only was he responsive when I called, but he asked a lot of questions to ensure the right solution for us. Over the few days of trying to figure out the direction and Bobby running down leads for our replacement, I texted him on Sat with update from our end. Not only did he get back to me Sat, he called back Sun to finalize details and timing!! I mean, he was thorough and meticulous!!

We will DEFINITELY call Bobby back with other plumbing jobs as we have a few planned because he was customer focused, professional, responsive, and in a word, fantastic!!! High Marks!!

Bob LaMattina's Plumbing and Heating is a 5 star operation. When I bought my first home 7 years ago, I could not get a plumber to come out to my house because I was not their customer. Bob LaMattina came and he has been coming ever since. He is high on customer service and providing value for service. They are always there for me, big or small. I don't think I have ever had to wait 24 hours for service, they come when you call.

An amazing company and service provider. Was over in less than 30 minutes and was fairly priced. I would highly recommend this awesome company.

I recently had a need to call on LaMattina Plumbing for a clog in my basement. Bobby called me back immediately, was very accommodating as far as scheduling, arrived when he said he would, and left the place complexly cleaned up when the job was done. I called Bobby to address a leaky shower drain in the shower of my rental unit. He addressed the leak immediately and recommended fixing a broader issue. Bobby was responsive and professional. I had a leaking valve that connected my sink to the dishwasher and needed my fridge water line hooked up.

Called LaMattina's Tuesday midday. Bobby got back to me soon after and said he could come by on Wednesday. He was honest and upfront about the pricing which is always good to know.

He called me about 20 minutes out and he was here on time.
When he got here I asked him to change out all 3 valves underneath my sink and he said that wouldn't be a problem. They changed out the valves and hooked up the fridge water line in no time ~90 minutes, not long at all.

I had some other questions about a banging in my pipes. He checked the water pressure in the and said that was fine. So he said the issue is that one of the hot water pipes isn't properly secured and that it's not worth ripping up walls to lower the pressure just a little bit. And that I should just close my faucet gently and it should be fine.

I would highly recommend using them. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling them.

Bob is a good communicator and was responsive to my needs. He did several repairs to my aging furnace and saved me money by meticulously cleaning up a badly rusted circulator flange instead of replacing the whole manifold. He's an efficient worker and he charged me a fair price.

This was my first time using La Mattina's Plumbing & Heating and I was more than pleased. They are great at returning phone calls and scheduling. Bobby was on time, got right to work, solved my problem and even told me how to solve a different problem. I couldn't ask for better. La Mattina's is now my go to for any plumbing needs. I called LaMattina's Plumbing Monday morning just before 8:00am. The answering service answered the telephone, took the message and told me I would have a return call shortly. Within 15 minutes, we received a return call and he was at our house within 30 minutes.
Our problem was the toilet tank ball was malfunctioning and the shut off valve would not function as it should. Robert did an excellent job, was very neat and cleaned up when he finished the work. We would highly recommend his services.

LaMattina is the best. I called on Christmas Eve with a broken boiler and no heat. Bobby left his family plans, came over straight away, and repaired the heating system. He literally saved Christmas.

I called Bob at night to get me out a bathroom pluming problem.
He responded immediately scheduling an appointment for the next day. He was punctual, experienced, honest and clearly explained what needed to be done. He quickly solved my bathtub shower problem and installed a couple of new shut-off valves. His work is high quality, and his pricing is fair. He earned every penny it cost me and it was a pleasure to interact with him.

I highly recommend LaMattinas Plumbing & Heating. Recently had a hvac co perform annual check on our gas boiler, was told 5 parts needed to be replaced. Red flags went up & definitely needed another co to check. Lamattinas was suggested by my neighbor. Bob called me that same day, came out the next..only needed 1 part & replaced it. I am so impressed with his honesty & professionalism! Great service!!
